I liked the location and the room was very nice They need to fix the elevators, very slow and they stop at nearly every floor weather someone called them there or not. Resort fees and parking fees are ridiculous, (close to 500 dollars for 5 nights) 4 bucks for coffee? Really? Restaurant food sub par and super expensive.

I liked the location. The facility has a lot of hype, but much less substance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the windows, especially outside, need to be cleaned. The minibar had several drinks and snacks, some of them were outdated and over-priced so we went to Target and got snacks and drinks. The elevators stopped on floors 6 & 7 even though nobody was entering or leaving. Management said they had been doing that for over 2 weeks. So why aren’t they fixed?? I could go on, but suffice it to say we won’t go back☹️

Love the balcony view. Didn't like the high valet daily fee

Lovely view and property. Toilet seat was not clean !!!

The front door guy and the beach chair guys would smile to you if you tipped them nice. If you didn't tip them good, they would not even look at you the next morning. That made me feel not good for my stay in this hotel. The room was nice and clean but it was way overpriced, everything was overcharged. Would not recommend to anyone or come back.

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent view and great location right on the beach. However, it was next to impossible to get anything from housekeeping and the wifi is absolute garbage. Not to mention the restaurant menu was aburptly changed mid-stay from decent price and value to over priced and barely enough food to call something an entree.

The back porch opens right onto the beach and is quite beautiful. There are rocking chairs on the porch where one can while away the time with a drink and a good book or use one of the numerous lounges and umbrellas on the beach.

Right on the beach and very homelike atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and clean. Employees are very friendly and welcoming . The only thing I would change is the rug in our room we tripped on a few times as the edges were curling we had to put a chair on the edges so we didn’t have a bad fall and my honey bumped his leg on the corner of the bed a few times so we put a pillow in front of it .

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our ocean view room. The pool and beach at the doorstep were nice. Waking up to the sunrise out our window was stunning. The only issue I had was that the shower wasn't very hot (it was barely warm), and the hotel could offer a complimentary coffee station rather than $3 per cup and not offering until 7am. With that said, I would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful front Ocean View Inn king-size Suite excellent. But the air conditioner was a little loud for such an elegant place

The rooms themselves are clean and nicely updated, the rest of the property is mediocre and not as nice as the pictures indicate. We unfortunately because of timing had to pay premium because the boat show was in town. I think the exterior of the property is pretty worn down. Food is just ok. Next door had better dinner actually.

Excellent view and suite quality and service. No complimentary amenities .

I loved my oceanfront suite on the 3rd floor. The views were breathtaking. The beaches are walks away. I didn’t even bother with the pool. The bartenders & servers were great Jenny in the bar made the best drinks & Luis at the front desk was awesome. As well as Luis the bell man. Frank also fixed our clog shower in 2 seconds. We will definitely be back

I would not stay here , the manger constantly harasses and badgers ! Also , he over charged our bill/card by 250 ! The property is outdated ! The brunch is set up in the hallway ; not the lobby , sitting hours before being served ! The beach has a hill you have to climb , in order to reach the ocean !

Loved this property! Will definitely stay here again. Very clean, the room was excellent.

The resort was beautiful the only downfall was the beds were hard as rocks and that leads to an uncomfortable sleep. I slept half the night on the couch which was just a little comfier than the bed itself. Other than that everything was great!

On the beach with a view from the pool. Great service @ the pool!
