We will probably not stay here again. The first noght we were there there was an event until 10pm. The pool was closed and the music was so loud it shook our entire hotel. The staff should have told us about this at check in.

Great location and great staff. Rooms were nicer than photos depicted, somewhat dated but very large and clean. Nice pool area and gym. Free beach chairs and umbrella daily. Recommend using Uber/Lyft since parking is $35 day.

This is an old, run down and mismanaged hotel. It has no right to charge $400 a night for the low end, worn-out hotel it is. Top management/owners clearly don't care about it or its customers. I am confused about the rave reviews it receives, given its high end fees. I would not return here, nor recommend this place to anyone. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Coby, in particular did as much as he could to make a miserable environment for my husband, I, and my adult son family as he could to make it tolerable. The rooms are big and comfortable as long as you don't want to use the knobs for turning the water on, the refrigerator, where the doors wouldn't close and the range, where the knobs were broken. My son and his family got the king suite room 1412, which was filthy to the point that their 3 yr old child could not sit on the rug. Our feet turned black after walking on that rug for 10 mins. We had to switch rooms, which was an ordeal in itself as we were in a room next to them so we had to wait until the next day to get two rooms next to each other, and in the process an expensive electric toothbrush somehow got lost. The pool is small and and narrow. Good for children to play in, not for adults.

Beautiful hotel and extremely helpful staff. Not a fan of the additional “resort fee” to obtain a chair for the beach. Hotel pool and outdoor bar seemed to have an early closing time - maybe a seasonal decision.

Everything was great - only negative was I got my flight cancelled and had to book for another night - I called the front desk and the price the hotel offered was more then $200 more then what I got off Orbitz.

Perfect stay, rotten weather! Perfect housekeeping, great towels, big room with an ocean view what’s not to like?

Perfect hotel! Our room was Oceanfront (full view of the ocean) with a huge window/sliding door just as advertised. Room looked even nicer in person. Granite kitchenette with cabinet door on large fridge. Full set of pots/silverware/plates/wine glasses, etc. Granite and marble bathroom. Separate shower was huge!! And water pressure was out of this world! Room has second window with Plantation Shutters (nice unexpected added detail). Staff was OUTSTANDING at the door/desk/bellman. Restaurant downstairs is beautiful, clean, very spacious with full ocean view, nicely furnished indoor and outdoor seating. We had a rental car that we never had to park. Just TEXT parking valet and the car was waiting before we even made it downstairs! Also the prettiest/best looking and newest looking hotel on the strip. And located toward the end so its quiet. Walk to the busy spots. So much food and shopping within 2-3 mile radius. Room service was on time, nicely plated and food was pretty good. Much better than expected. The only negatives I could find were that the room furniture was pretty dusty, and the toilet flushed slow and didn't have a fan. Other than that, ZERO complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice, I had to check-in early due to meeting rescheduled. It was no problem at all and I will recommend it to anyone, superb hotel. Rating should be 20 out of 10 honestly...

Hotel is wonderful! Great view of the ocean. Coastal Restaurant has delicious seafood dishes. Lot's of extra fees though for room, amenities and parking. We will definitely return. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is luxurious.

Great clean hotel. Very nice staff. We really enjoyed our stay. All requests were promptly met. Food was Delicious and large servings.

My family of three just got back from staying here and it was a good experience. I'll start with the pros. We stayed in the ocean from king suite and let me just say- it was the most massive room/s we have ever stayed in. I was surprised there were two bathrooms, and the size of the shower in the bedroom was absolutely insane! The balcony was huge and had an amazing view and overall we were very comfortable. The bad thing was, it seems their cleaning crew is understaffed. We would often return around 4-5pm and more times than not they had not gotten to our room to clean. This resulted in our trash often being overflowing. In addition, we had an issue with one of the valet staff one day. We had returned from a day out and we were unloading our child and other things from the car, and the young man sat in the driver's seat while we did so and it made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. The other lady who was working for them was very professional though and we mostly dealt with her afterward. The hotel furniture needs some upgrading. There were many scratches on the furniture and it was heavily worn. We were also disappointed that the resort fee did not include the use of the beach umbrellas. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel I don't see where else you could get such an amazing view and amount of space that we did!

Great place, great staff, I know they will be updating their rooms soon, which will be nice! Staff is really amazing.
