Wasn't a full oceanfront due to wall of building on the left of building, but overall okay. There are signs of wear in the room. Scratches on furniture, robes were tattered, some markings on wall and some torn lamp covers. My requests weren't fulfilled and I was expecting a bit more because of the price. I may visit again. Otherwise, a great location.

We stayed in the oceanfront king studio. Room was good size, beautiful views, good location. Overall room was clean but definilty needs some upgrading. The grout in the tile for the floor and the shower was dingy and black and the shower drain looked moldy. All the furniture has noticeable dings and scratches, wall paper and decor seems antiquated. Valet service was awful. We pull up, no one greeted us, we had to get out of the car and ask the front desk if the valet service was available. Attendant finally showed up and left my car running in the overhang and walked off! Definitely not the type of service I'd expect. Overall I'd give the hotel 3 stars, service decor and cleanliness left much to be desired. But location views and room size are a 5.

here are my grips 1. the shower hot/cold control knob was broken when we arrived, When i tried to use the shower is almost got scalded. Makes you wonder why houseikeeping did not pick this up if they were cleaning the shower 2. One night there was a fire alarm. sprinklers went off in the stairwell and flood our 9th floor hallway. So for the next 5 days we had blowers and dehumidifiers running in our hallway all night long. 3. The valet car park(37$/night) were terrible. Somehow they scratched the back bumper of a brand new rental car< 64 miles on it. They drive the cars like cowboys. 4. We had a large balcony that had few amenities, one small table and two chairs, other balconies had lounge chairs. 5.Television service was terrible. Channel guide was worst ever. 6. Small bugs all over the hot tub outside

The hotel was right across from the beach, very nice hotel only a couple of things that should be addressed. They charge a fee a night parking, they charge a fee a day resort fee. So when you check in you are charged to your account per day to stay there on top of orbitz fee already paid. Also found a cockeroach in the room. We also killed several mosquito's. We stayed a week and I feel for the price we paid it should of been nicer.

Loved being across the street from the beach . Having a partial beach view was better than expected . We wish the room would of had a table so we could of sat and ate or played cards. Overall everyone was super nice , answered every question we had and did what ever they could to help us.

From the time we checked in the hotel was so nice and clean the workers were so helpful and nice they helped plane so outside activity and we had a blast the wood also was so tasty

Staff was excellent and very customer focused. Close to beach; short walk to shops, restaurants

The hotel itself is OK to enjoy the beach and to a have a quick break. My only bad experience maybe was on the lack of comunication during the booking, I got a very good discount on the rate for my room, but when arriving to hotel there was only option of Valet parking with a fix rate of USD 35 per night which is very expensive from my point of view. It will be good if you let the people to know from the beginning!

They should let people know they are doing construction.

This was one of our best stays at a hotel ever. The entire staff was so friendly and inviting to us. Our room was actually cleaned and stocked twice daily. Great great job

Warning- Hotel is under construction. Our Oceanfront room was a disappointment as they were painting so we were not allowed out on the balcony. They changed us to Oceanview suite for the same price and gave us chairs and umbrellas on the beach for the whole week to compensate. The hotel staff was very accommodating since they were put in a difficult position by management. The beds were awesome. The food in the restaurants was very good. Overall had an excellent time and would stay there again after all the construction is done. Call hotel before booking and ask about renovations and your room.

I booked this hotel with an ocean front balcony. When I arrived the lady told me I couldn't open the window as they where under renovations. Next morning I opened the curtains and I had a guy in my balcony painting. In my times hotel closed areas when they were renovations. Now they just say to you not to open de window. Nobody told me on advance anything. I wouldn't booked it under this circumstances.

They are currently painting the exterior and renovating the pool area. In heard someone say it would be 3 weeks until completion. 1 bedroom side ocean view was awesome!

We had a wonderful week. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything and never made you feel like you were putting them out. There was some construction, but it has to happen sometime, right? I might not leave bottles of water in the room with tiny notes saying you'll be charged $8 if you drink one. I mean come on. Is that really necessary? The spa and spa staff were great. Had couples massage, manicure and pedicure. I don't get to pamper myself much so it was very well received. Food was ok. My husband is a chef so he is hard to impress. Crab cake benny was awesome, though. Parking is expensive, but it is everywhere and at least your car is safe when it's there. Great location. Lots you can walk to. We took a few nice drives as well. Overall I would say we may return if we don't go out of the country next year. Thanks!!

Arrived for late check in and was told there was construction taking place. At 9am the incredibly loud power washing commenced. There was scaffolding and workers everywhere making it impossible to enjoy the pool or or our oceanfront balcony. $255 is a ridiculous amount to pay if you can't fully enjoy facilities; we checked out after one night.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. A great overall experience right across from the beach. There was some minor construction going on during our stay but not an inconvenience and a necessity to keep the place looking great. Definitely recommend this place.

Very fast check in, friendly hotel crew. Exceptional cleanliness all over the hotel. A gorgeous ocean view. Large room (studio king oceanfront), large bathroom. Very clean and lovely pool. The house front is not very nice und have to be fixed next time. Disappointing - no one in the hotel knows about the VIPs by Orbitz. As a Orbitz platinum member I didn´t received any perks. I´ve been told, the benefits must be given by Orbitz, they don´t know about it. Anyway, we had a very good stay in this hotel and hope to come back

Absolutely BEAUTFIUL!! Perfect place to stay. Right across from beach and walking distance to everything. Will be back again

great views but definitely not a 5 star hotel

We stayed in the oceanfront king studio. Room was good size, beautiful views, good location. Overall room was clean but definilty needs some upgrading. View from the room that had a partial view

Loved being across the street from the beach . Having a partial beach view was better than expected . We wish the room would of had a table so we could of sat and ate or played cards. Overall everyone was super nice , answered every question we had and did what ever they could to help us.
