Best hotel I ever stay!!best location for F L beach !great view of the ocean! !! Friendly staff!!!Thanks again!

Great spot on the beach! Our room was the largest I have ever encountered.

Pet friendly was the big print. $150 pet fee was the small print. Another required spa fee whether you use the spa or not. and expensive parking. End of the day it cost more for fees than the actual room. Ordered food at pool never came. Location good.

View of ocean and great staff. Resturaunt was a bit overpriced.

Large, well appointed rooms right next to the beach.

It feels like you are in your own home instead of a hotel. If there were laundry facilities, the ability to stream your own programs and a better internet connection, I would give the Atlantic 5-stars. The resort fee and the valet parking add another $100 per night so guests should be aware that these additional fees add up quickly. Overall, I love the hotel and the location right across from the beach and its accessibility to restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our second visit. We were there last year and wanted to come back. Love the area!! However, it did not have the same feel this time. Our room (706) was in need of some care. The shower drain went up to our ankles every time we showered. That's gross. The walls had scrapes and holes..just not maintained like we noticed last year. In fact, the corner at the crosswalk was the same as a year ago!!! Those cones and boards and minor construction...ugly! How can that not be fixed yet...looks like a few hours work!? We also do not think you can charge a resort fee on beach chairs, if you don't have enough for your patrons. That happened to us a few times. 35$ a day for towel usage...or to sit by the pool? Doesn't make sense? Also...the in room coffee...yuck! The brown gunk that remained on the quarter cup of coffee after drinking....nasty! Did you notice how many people were coming to the lobby for coffee??? Regular coffee in the rooms is always a safe bet for most people. Upon check out, very early yesterday, there was no one at the front desk until we called several times...she was sleeping in the back, and so was the bell man...we could see him through the window outside at the entrance. We were supposed to get a wake up call in the morning and even double checked the night before....we got not no call....thank goodness that our alarm went off. No one was around....kinda scary, since the door is open to everyone outside.... There is still much to love

Property need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. Also, need to make some updates in the room.

Staff was very courteous! Loved everything it offered, especially the large room!! Had trouble getting warm water for a shower a couple of times. Overall very nice!

We will probably not stay here again. The first noght we were there there was an event until 10pm. The pool was closed and the music was so loud it shook our entire hotel. The staff should have told us about this at check in.

Great location and great staff. Rooms were nicer than photos depicted, somewhat dated but very large and clean. Nice pool area and gym. Free beach chairs and umbrella daily. Recommend using Uber/Lyft since parking is $35 day.

The staff was exceptional. Clean. Loved the chairs and umbrellas for the beach

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants.

This is an old, run down and mismanaged hotel. It has no right to charge $400 a night for the low end, worn-out hotel it is. Top management/owners clearly don't care about it or its customers. I am confused about the rave reviews it receives, given its high end fees. I would not return here, nor recommend this place to anyone. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Coby, in particular did as much as he could to make a miserable environment for my husband, I, and my adult son family as he could to make it tolerable. The rooms are big and comfortable as long as you don't want to use the knobs for turning the water on, the refrigerator, where the doors wouldn't close and the range, where the knobs were broken. My son and his family got the king suite room 1412, which was filthy to the point that their 3 yr old child could not sit on the rug. Our feet turned black after walking on that rug for 10 mins. We had to switch rooms, which was an ordeal in itself as we were in a room next to them so we had to wait until the next day to get two rooms next to each other, and in the process an expensive electric toothbrush somehow got lost. The pool is small and and narrow. Good for children to play in, not for adults.
