Was not satisfied with this place at all had my aunt and my cousin come down here and I put them up there . The first room The AC was broke the second room had no regular coffee . Very disappointed with this place can I refer somebody go back there again NO

Overall the stay was ok. Room was basic as far as looks and features. I would recommend checking the shower and sink drainage before unpacking. On the last night we were there the shower flooded. I thought maybe the drains were just poor but when the technician came in he said that it appears nobody unclogged the drain in the shower or sink and that’s what caused the flooding. He said someone probably came in saw the room was clean and signed off on it without Checking things out but that was clearly not the case. They gave us a new room that had no working AC or outlets. It was almost midnight and we had an early flight home so we sucked it up. Also our TV was spotty and most channels didn’t work. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it and it worked temporarily (1 day) before reverting back to “weak signal” aka no picture. Also worth mentioning, on our last day the staff who works on the beach said no to the umbrellas due to the wind. It was not gusty by any measure but when they charge you for resort fees and you can’t use them well that’s not fair. We walked down the beach and all other hotels (W, Marriott, Conrad) had umbrellas out. The only way I would go back is if the price was right.

Great location....not enough places to get food on property

Location on beach was great. Interior spaces newly redone. Exterior could use a facelift. Also variety of buildings was confusing, some on beach, some across street but connected with sky bridge.

This property was great for what I needed it for - but my biggest complaint was that rooms are cleaned up until 6:30pm which I think is ridiculous b/c who wants to return to their room after a long day at the beach to find it still dirty? and also the beach service was nearly non-existent. They have 1 guy who is supposed to provide beachside service barely making rounds, while 2 other guys sit around and hand out towels. If these guys would actually tend to guests, I guarantee they would make more money!

Nice hotel on the beach. Friendly staff. Free bikes - wife and I enjoyed a morning bike ride every day.

Nice unique resort with an old Florida mermaid show. Stay in the beach building, as it’s the closest to the beach and has the best views. The room was clean, not much to say about it because it was a typical hotel room. The food was good, though resort prices were a bit much considering the daily resort fee ($17 for a hamburger, $20 for two Budlights delivered to the room). The bartenders at The Wreck were a lot of fun and they were on top of every customer’s needs before and during the mermaid show. The private beach was nice, the chaise lounges were comfortable and well padded, and the food and drink service was pretty good. It would be great to have a little flag you could use to indicate you’d like service, like at other resorts. It would also be nice and rather unique to have a “quiet section” for people to be able to enjoy the beach setting without dueling bluetooth speakers.

The pool is grat, nice warm temperature. The restaurant has decor like a coffee shop and the food is great, deserving a nicer decor to suit the food. BUT it can be VERY noisy.
