My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in a king size room and it was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You get two free beach chairs and towels a day and umbrellas you have to pay for but so worth it in the Florida sunshine. The beach service was superb but I felt so bad I didn’t bring cash to tip them personally. My only disappointment was in the size of the pool and it was farther down the strip than I thought. Which turned out to be nice come the weekend chaos.

I loved the use of the bicycles and free waters. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

B Ocean was a great place to stay. We got to check in a couple hours early, we stayed on the marina side which had a wonderful view of the marina and ocean!! Hotel room was clean and smelled fresh!

My associate and I flew in for a dinner meeting and had a issue with getting our room, no one could really give us a reason why or fix the problem so we were put in the marina tower. It put a damper on our trip and made us late to our meeting. Needles to say my mind was made up I would never stay at B resort again nor would I recommend it to anyone. On my last night there I went to the front desk and spoke with an employee (Maria) and she rectified the issue with the mistake on the room. Maria also explained where the issue came from and was sincere and helpful. If I were to stay at Ocean B resort again it would be because of her. Thank you again for taking the time to help us and not just dismiss the problem.

I've been to this property several times. The last time was when it was still a Sheraton (years ago). I read the reviews of it being older and not well maintained. I thought, "well... I really love the area and the amenities so who cares". Our first room the AC wasn't working and we got moved quickly to another room (with a partial ocean view). The rooms did have some paint peeling but honestly, that isn't going to make or break a vacation for me. The restaurants weren't open at convenient hours. There isn't a vending machine anywhere. The free bikes? Those don't exist. We had to walk a few blocks down to get some bottled water for our room. Room service said it wasn't available. We had to Uber Eat or get pizza delivered for most of our meals. There used to be a lot more restaurants nearby but they all appear to be hotels now. The beach was great and had servers taking orders which was my favorite part. Breakfast at the Naked Crab didn't have waffles available. We didn't get another item that we asked for (didn't get charged but still). Over all, if you like a beach and not having access to food- this is the place for you. I won't be staying here again. Oh, and on the last day the elevators didn't work so we had to hike 5 floors every time we came/went.

Very nice location, clean staff friendly. They need more help with maid service-forgot washcloths for 2 days. Pool area great. Pool and beach attendants were great and helpful.

The only thing I liked was the 2nd floor pool. The staff was lazy. My room had plaster from a wall repair on the floor and curtains. There was blood on the tub shower curtain, so used shower instead. Didn’t have a shower mat or rug and water streamed out with every shower. Had to put multiple towels on floor. When we asked for a wash cloth, the cleaning lady said she was done for the day so no. The carpets in hallways weren’t vacuumed, at least not in the marina tower. The food/ drink prices were very unreasonable. We ordered beer and snacks from Amazon prime that was delivered. We went to beach/pool bar first day we arrived and ordered drinks at an open table . After 20 minutes,we left. The waiter never came back. There was NO social distancing by that pool. The people we met are the only good thing I will remember about this vacation.

It was a average hotel but location great! It’s a good walk to some Of the restaurants we wanted to do or it’s a short Uber away.

Staff and service was good, particularly at the pool/beach area. Never had an issue finding a spot at the beach and drinks were amazing. We had an ocean view with balcony room, which had a great view specially during sunrise. The room itself unfortunately had a few issues—when we arrived we had no trash cans, stains on the sheets, hand prints marked on the walls like with dirt, and the sink was clogged with hair. As soon as we called they did come up and rectified, so will give them credit for that but wish they had actually spent the time to make the room right before we arrived. Made me question their cleanliness particularly in these times of pandemic. One last thing, if you’ll have a car and will self-park, there is a set fee for overnight parking ($39) but without in and out rights—every time you go out they charge an add-l fee of $15, ridiculous!

B Ocean was a great place to stay. We got to check in a couple hours early, we stayed on the marina side which had a wonderful view of the marina and ocean!! Hotel room was clean and smelled fresh!

I've been to this property several times. The last time was when it was still a Sheraton (years ago). I read the reviews of it being older and not well maintained. I thought, "well... I really love the area and the amenities so who cares". Our first room the AC wasn't working and we got moved quickly to another room (with a partial ocean view). The rooms did have some paint peeling but honestly, that isn't going to make or break a vacation for me. The restaurants weren't open at convenient hours. There isn't a vending machine anywhere. We had to Uber Eat or get pizza delivered for most of our meals. There used to be a lot more restaurants nearby but they all appear to be hotels now.
