This hotel needs to be renovated. The elevator was broken for most of our trip, there weren't available towels at the beach, and the valet parking is super unorganized and took forever.

Great beach front location! Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Hotel rooms could use a little updating but nothing that would deter us from staying there again. Lots of amenities on property.

Save your money.

Location was amazing, right on the beach. Pool hours are terrible. Never able to use. Bathroom was not clean. Toiletries were half to a quarter full, they kept same ones in room from guest before us and never replenished! Hallways were dirty. Not many amenities on site. Restaurant service was mediocre. Little coffee shop in main lobby great service staff was amazing and good selection. This place definitely needs an update.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. The room had a strong carpet odor, the floor was cracked, and the toilet was broken. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, making it difficult to navigate the building. Additionally, parking costs $55 per night, which is excessive given the poor condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless significant improvements are made. Definitely not worth the price.
