Great place to stay. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Great location. Would stay again. A few things to know: (1) the main pool during the day is loud - DJ’s, music, activities, etc. There is “quieter” adults only pool but you can still hear; (2) I only ate at the buffet, not at any of the restaurants. The food was not great but plentiful and no lines. The food at the pizza place and snack bar at the pool was also just fair; (3) nice beach but can’t swim in the ocean- too rough; and (4) I hear you get a better experience if you are a “member,” but there really no sales pitches to become a member. Despite the above, would recommend, unless you are a foodie looking for 5 star dining.

It was quite an eventful process to get checked it. Staff was helpful but we arrived at noon and got a room about 4. We were able to use the property until we checked in which was nice.

Spent 9 days in March with family. Had a great time. Participated in lots of activities. Aqua Aerobics were great with Urías and Vanessa. They were the best entertainment staff. Very friendly, cordial, attentive with guest and would help you with anything you needed. The bartenders at the family pool were top notch. View from the infinity pool to the beach was excellent. It was very relaxing. We even saw whales a couple days from the pool.
