My husband and I stayed for 7 days, we had the blessing of meeting Gabriel Avila, who placed us in the room, a very polite, kind and very professional person, assisted us in everything we needed, including the room which was very comfortable, with a beautiful view, he had the courtesy to reserve the table for us for dinner time, almost every day, he made us feel very special, he also took care of all the details we had, we recommend it, if you want to have a wonderful experience at the Crystal Grand Los Cabos hotel, the buffet is very complete for breakfast and lunch, they have a lot of variety, fruits, salads, soups, fish, meat, chicken, etc. Angel who served us in the buffet restaurant, wonderful, his education, kindness, and patience with the customers, the service he provides at the table is very professional! That hotel really has a wonderful team, they make you feel at home!! We recommend it, Excellent 10/10

My family was not able to check in until 430pm which was very problematic. We were upgraded to a room in the Residence building which was a bit of a walk to the buffet and pool area. When we got to our room the restroom was not clean and had some thick liquid spilled in the shower. We were given the Altitude bracelets which give you access to the rooftop bar and a restaurant overlooking the beach but the exclusive restaurant turned out to be the worst dining option during our stay. Not only did the service lack any urgency for both dinner and breakfast but also the food options were very limited and very basic. Overall the resort is nice but I would not return. The buffet options were the same everyday, the drinks were ok and the availability of dining options during breakfast and lunch were limited to the buffet and pool bar.

This property is medium sized, you can easily get to the pools and restaurants. This property had a japanese restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a grill restaurant, a general buffet, a coffee shop and pool side shack. A pool bar is only available at the adult only pool. The property had several activities plan through the day, from archery by the beach to aquaerobics and Latin night, these where all fun. The good and the bad you should know about: Restaurants -short staffed, long waits to enter every restaurant except the general buffet. -food is not great, lacks flavor, have been to many all inclusive, this has the worst desserts and the least tasty food. -staff is tired so they can be pretty cold customer service wise. - breakfast service is short in desert/coffee spoons so you can only get them upon request... They are short staffed so your food gets cold by the time you get them. - buffets are short of serving utensils, think 3 serving spoons or spatulas for 6 desserts... It becomes a mess, at some point i even do people having to grab the fruit with their hands! -cleanliness is just ok Activities - i didn't see any activities start at the listed time, this was disappointing but at least the staff was very very nice. Reception staff - Are not happy if you try to change money for tips, you are told at check in that the front desk can provide you with change, but when you go they clearly don't want to do that. Housekeeping - the housekeepers are so kind.

service provided overall 6/10. Rooms are outdated. Alcohol is watered down. Room service is not all inclusive. in the buffet there are flies all over the food. The pool was by far the best amenity 10/10

Nice hotel for a family as they offer multiple entertainment options, the adult only section was okay but wasn't secluded enough for what we looking for. The food was fantastic as we were given multiple options. The room was average but quiet and clean. All the staff were exceptional.

Concierge Jose was extremely helpful in making sure our room met our physical needs. The waitresses were very slow and not helpful. Buffets are good, but very limited. This property is more for parents with children, with pool activities.

Very small table for 2 and no waitress to assist with the plates.

8:00 PM nothing to do at the hotel. Very nice view.

The property was well maintained, my concierge Gabriel Avila was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. He never hesitated to answer my questions or doubted on helping me. I went with my two kids and he made sure we had an easy access to amenities. Thank you Gabriel for everything.

First, our Expedia concierge Gabriel on site was excellent. Friendly, helpful and 5 stars for him. The hotel over all was clean but our room didn’t get cleaned one day, one day the blanket got a food stain and instead of changing it, the staff just turned the blanket upside down. A third day I asked our concierge to send someone o clean it and it was taken care of.

Rodrigo was the most amazing part of this stay. He worked remarkably hard the entire time week. Food was really good just wish there was a sidewalk not just a shoulder on the highway to walk on when leaving the resort.

Very friendly staff all over the resort. Gabriel from Expedia was amazing, kind, and very helpful. The proximity to the beach was perfect for a relaxing time. Clean rooms and great to have the adult only area of the resort.
