For the price, I didn't find the resort to be that excellent. We had issue after issue with billing, starting with two different trips to the front desk to pay our room balance and resolve an issue with the hold for our incidentals, all of which SHOULD have taken place at the time of check in. Instead, the wait staff embarassed myself and my partner in front of a group of friends to chase us down for payment multiple times. On our final day, our server brought us a check for nearly double the cost of what we spent on drinks and lunch. After reviewing the bill, we identified the error, called it out to the server, and the next bill that came was for even more than that. I felt nickel and dimed at every turn, and for a 5 star resort at this cost, truly felt like there should have been some inclusions. Our room was truly beautiful, and I appreciated how well appointed it was, but cleaning service often didn't show up until after 4:00pm. I would not return to this resort.
So so tranquil and relaxing! Very nice staff and great dining options. Superb Concierge services.

My husband and I were blown away by how beautiful this place was. From beginning to end we were treated with much kindness. Every staff member was friendly and informative. The breathtaking views from the pools and certain rooms is unimaginable. I highly recommend this location if you’re seeking a quiet and serene place to stay.
This is the perfect place for those who want to relax enjoy the beach and not have a care in the world Everything about the Viceroy is beautiful in a very modern way. Everything from the stark white buildings to the “floating” pathways and perfectly maintained infinity pools is designed to soothe and relax The beach is pristine and the vendors are controlled to just a few so that you’re not constantly interrupted by people trying to sell you something. The food in all 3 restaurants is very tasty and fresh. The drinks are wonderful and even the in room coffee is decent No, it’s not cheap but it’s definitely worth it
This is an AMAZING hotel. Incredibly great bilingual staff who are eager to please but not over bearing. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful property. Beautiful views. Private beach, multiple pools, close to shopping and restaurants. Can't say enough about how great this place is. I can't wait to go back there!

Property is extremely unique-serene and stunning in design. The gym is AMAZING, the pools are great, the beach is wonderful. Food at the pool and in the downstairs cafe is delicious Service by the beach is great-Katrina is fast and all over it! The rooftop restaurant options need an overhaul-they are a miss unless you want pizza...they should get ideas from Acre and they'll nail it. We had a few hiccups, they've got some small kinks to work out-Carlos, the hotel manager, made it right-we'll definitely be back!

The hotel recently opened during prime time holidays season and thus the high nightly rates and other pricey offerings didn’t match the level of service one would expect. The hotel was understaffed, and hotel management was unorganized given the recent opening. The staff did their best to provide impeccable service at the pool and restaurants but without the right amount of team members service was sloooww and often times north of 60 minutes.
