Cleanliness and staff was great , the amenities did not quite reach the level I would like . The activities were boring and did reach my expectations . It was more of a relaxing type vacation

My wife and I stayed the third week of July. Despite being seasoned Mexico travelers, this was our first visit to Los Cabos. We’d stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta a couple months prior and had a favorable impression there, which led us to choose the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. We are fans of the Hyatt brand and this location did not disappoint! While we prefer beach destinations with calmer tides, we would not hesitate to return and fully endorse this resort.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel! Food is delicious for an all-inclusive and the staff go above and beyond. The only issue we had was that our room had a creeping mold smell as our stay went on. I understand that the weather is warm and tropical, so I am hoping that airing out the rooms daily and keeping the air on could mitigate this. We will return!

property was extremly clean, Staff was so friendly but our room needed a chair and more lights. The toilet had a rusted out flange bolt so it rocked quiet abit. Great place would go again.

I loved the peacefulness and large beach area on this property. The room I had was in the 3rd building and had a great view of the ocean. The balcony was quite large and I thoroughly enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise.

Great hospitality, the staff went out of the way to keep us happy and satisfied Mold on the tiles needs attention as it felt gross around sink and shower area

I booked two room and I wanted to ask with daughter's room to close our room but they didn't. And my husband and I stayed so noisy room the next to a building was probably airconditional or heating building. It was very noisy. I asked to a staff how do we change the room. He will ask his supervisor and check. And also he will reply to my husband, but they didn't. I can't speak English very well, maybe he didn't understand my words perfectly.

Great property with excellent staff. Food was fresh with a great variety. Professional and attentive staff.

The staff at the resort were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The food was great, and timely with little wait. If you are traveling without children I highly recommend the adult bar and pool. The pool was clean and pleasant, and the best food I found was there.

Excellent location. Perfect rooms and staff. Great excursions available for good prices.

Wonderful staff, great food in all restaurants, cleanliness, attentive to details . Welcoming as well as departure time wise very good . Transportation arrangements were a little confusing as they have their own and not part of the exclusive package but were able to direct you to the right person to call . Staff very knowledgeable. Throughly enjoyed our stay .
