Cleaning staff should not demand tips when some people tip at the end of the stay. There was a terrible smell of sewage in the evening on our side of the resort. Overall the resort is dated and needs an update.

Fantastic Staff! I would like to congratulate: Front Desk- Ximena and Ivan. Beach waiter - Juan . Store - Cristina. Waiters at the Sushi Bar. Beach/Pool security Waitress- Mercedes And every other employee at the Hotel. Food quality was great! Room was very clean Amazing staying. Thank you All!

Rooms were clean. Service was awesome. Food was good although specific spots for certain times. Example breakfast was great at Paloma’s but dinner better at Cilantros. Otherwise lunch anywhere for standard eatery was good. Awesome location walking distance to downtown and Marina. Very clean overall and would stay again.
