We only get room upgrades after I complain that I wasn’t offered at check in thank to Expidia for that the resort is ok for the price but customer service is really bad they only nice to some people and also food here is bad in one night was all carbs and almost no protein but the location is awesome maybe without all inclusive be better option

The food is mediocre at best! Not listed when I booked but 2 of the restaurants were closed! My whole plate of breakfast was cold ! How does one screw up breakfast? That said the place is beautiful, one of few with a beach. The staff was excellent & the room lovely. I will never do all inconclusive again as the food is step above HS cafeteria & fro SYSCO.

Quality for the price was good. The room was comfortable though the air conditioning was hard to adjust. A couple of workers were friendly but most were not. The property is lovely but I felt uneasy with the swim under bridge over the pool which is in need of repair. Ocean view is amazing.

We love staying at Pueblo Bonito Blanco. Every room we have stayed in has an ocean view and balcony. The rooms are more like a condo that features a bedroom separate from the kitchenette and living area. The property is very well maintained including fresh paint. We love the option of using all 3 resorts Blanco, Rose, and Sunset where you can find many different types of food options, activities, and pools. There is a beautiful and maintained beach just steps off of the resort where it is safe to swim in the ocean. The service is top notch throughout the entire resort. We always find our way back.

If you like a quieter resort this might be a good option. Great views when the cruise ships aren’t parked out front. I would have enjoyed it more if they offered some evening entertainment but going for an evening swim worked as an alternative for us. I liked that we could visit the sunset location to check out the property and use our all inclusive privileges there. It also gave us something else to do. If you stay here I would book an excursion to break up your time since there isn’t much to do other than the pool each day.
I loved that we could see the rocks from the property. The excursion we booked took us snorkeling by these same rocks.

I really liked the location of this hotel however the options for food is not a lot. We did shuttle over to sunset and that was great but the location is far from downtown. I love that they offer free shuttle over to sunset we spent a day there it was very nice. I wish they had more night entertainment and perhaps a lobby bar. Staff very friendly and the beach is very nice for Cabo.

I love it here, I don't think I could stay any where else but the Bonito in Cabo. I love that you have access to two other sister hotels that are equally as safe. I enjoy being at a smaller property but still able to enjoy the bigger locations when I feel like it.

First time in Cabo and staying here made it that much easier to want to come back. Having access to multiple locations and free shuttles made it so easy to see the beautiful city and all it had to offer. The staff was so accommodating and kind and I never was without a drink in my hand or a friendly smile. Can’t wait to return next year!
