It was outstanding. Staff was awesome. Food was excellent and all inclusive is the way to do it

Our room was fabulous. We had a great view. We were on the third floor really close to the elevator. My only complaint is the bed. The beds were very lumpy. I think it is time to replace the mattresses. Other than that everything was perfect. We will be coming back. The food at both the Rose and Blanco could not have been better. Nice variety and very fresh. Our waiter at the pool ( Freddy) was the best.

The hotel is in a GREAT location and the staff is outstanding. We were there for 3 nights on a all-inclusive (my first one) which I found to be incredibly economical. The cocktails aren't that strong but you can eat and drink whatever you want at 4 different hotels for the price of your room. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil, the pool is fabulous, all suites view the ocean and the bed is comfortable. The whole place could use a refresh as it's dated but overall it was a nice place. They will help you arrange transportation and any excursion you can dream up. Be prepared to tip everyone for everything in cash.

Great trip our second visit we plan to return again

We recently stayed here Jan.3-7 2018. The resort itself is beautiful! The pool and other public areas are gorgeous and the view from the pool was spectacular. There is also very easy access to the only swimmable beach in town right in front of the resort with plenty of loungers if you prefer the beach. The two restaurants were delicious- we enjoyed Paloma’s for breakfast every morning and Cilantro’s for lunch. We also loved how we were able to enjoy the pool and restaurants at the Pueblo Bonito Rose next door! The staff was amazing during our entire stay! Great service and they really hustle to get everyone what they need - we really appreciated such attentive service. The only down side for us was our room. Although it was well maintained and very clean, it was kind of outdated compared to other resorts we have stayed at during previous trips to Cabo. The bedroom was really small and the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were lumpy. The kitchenette and living room were decent. We also paid extra for a “luxury suite with ocean view” and got stuck in a room with a view of a palm tree right in front of our balcony so our ocean view was minimal at best which was very disappointing based on what we thought we paid extra for. If you do stay here as a couple the junior suite has plenty of space and ocean views aren’t guaranteed so I would never pay for the luxury suite again. The rooms next door at the Rose looked a lot nicer so we would probably stay there next time.

This is a perfect location in Cabo, on the best swimming beach and close to the Marina and town. Cruse ships pull right up under your balcony for your entertainment. It is a classic Mexican design that is aged, but very well kept. Also the size is very manageable. It's sister resort, the Rose, is right next door and can be used as well, which provides a little more variety with seating and food/drinks. The service is mixed, with some very competent and friendly help, but some not so accommodating personnel. It was a little hard to understand this inconsistency, but maybe just human nature. Our only complaint would be the lack of a solid all-inclusive program. The PB resorts were not originally established as AI, and have morphed into a hybrid style that give you some eats and services in the program, but require you to pay extra for a lot of "specials" (not really so special like shrimp, small steaks, ordinary drinks, espresso, etc). Also you must sign receipts for EVERYTHING. This got very annoying since it requires you to wait at the end of your service for the receipt, which sometimes took longer than getting the actual meal. PB resorts are really lovely, but their lack of an up-to-date AI program would prevent us from ever booking another. We like our vacations to be seamless and hassle-free, and this did not satisfy that expectation.

Hotel grounds and restaurants were great. Rooms are outdated. Beds and pillows were poor quality. Rooms could’ve been cleaner.

It was a nice, pleasant and relaxing hotel. Easy access to the beach. Only two restaurants but they was very good food. All inclusive package was excellent. I would improve layout of furniture in bedrooms because the closet was inaccessible. There was a few spills near pool in morning so clean up of the area around pool could be better. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Once room layout and pool area is improved I would rate the hotel a 5 instead of 4.

Pleasantly surprised, was expecting a little tired, so so food, as we had such a great all inclusive deal. This place was Fantastic, true Mexican flavor. Great staff all busy, hustling to provide a great experience and spotless, beautiful property. Food was great, drinks great. Totally recommend it to anyone who want to know they are in Mexico. Loved being in the water, some hotels are on beaches that, you cannot swim in the water, this makes no sense to my family. Also some hotels you feel like your in AZ or Newport Beach. This is a charming Mexican property experience.

Cons-Rooms were a bit dated, very loud at times. Beach peddlers got annoying real fast. Cruise lines came in and the people took all the front row chairs on the beach. Pros- steps from the beach, easy walking distance to town. The food was rated overall better than expected. Las Playas restaurant was the best for breakfast. The employees grew to know us and made sure that we set in great seats and had coffee and Mimosas brought over before we even ordered because they knew that was our favorite. Leonardo made sure we had a great trip giving us hints on things to do. Jennifer was always accommodating very professional and friendly. David was very good at taking care of us like I said before bringing mimosas to my table when just about out. We got the all inclusive package which I highly recommend. Having drinks brought out to us on the beach was very relaxing a perfect atmosphere for what we were looking for.

Worst vacation. Over booked. Rudest front desk people we have ever experienced. We were told to find another hotel if we didn't like their solution of going to a house on the pacific. Wasted two nights at the pacific in a wind tunnel. House we were put in had little to no hot water, broken hot tub and clogged drains. Very far from the beach on a cliff. Not what we signed up for! Blanco was dirty. There was feces in the pool. Told 3 people and nobody cared. Stairways had huge hair balls. The rudeness was astounding. We were a group of 6 who are easy going and not nit picky. Huge disappointment.

great value great location I would stock water in the rooms

This hotel is the only place I want to go. The size of the hotel is just right, not too big, not too small. The rooms are close enough to the water to hear and see the waves crashing and swimming is wonderful in the ocean right in front of the rooms. The staff are friendly and eager to help out. Downtown is right out the doorstep just a few casual and safe blks away, perfectly located as to provide a quiet place at night to hear the ocean and sleep.

The Blanco is a beautiful hotel with an amazing location! The proximity to Lands End and Los Arcos can't be beat. With a quick water taxi you are able to view the breathtaking rock formations, beautiful beaches and great snorkeling. The rooms were very nice but my husband felt they were a little musty smelling. Cant beat waking up to a flamingo at your patio. The food was unbelievable at Las Palomas. I had an unobstructed view of Lands End. The only thing that bothered me was always waiting for an itemized check with every meal and drink where prices where listed and you had to sign for everything. Being an all inclusive hotel this made us feel like things weren't included even though they were. If I have already paid up front, I don't want to see an itemized price at every transaction. The entertainment was great at the Mexico show! The buffet for the show was ok. The staff were friendly. We were only there 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Property is in a perfect location to downtown and it has the most beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez.

Had a wonderful time, the hotel was nice with a friendly staff,it was nice to go to both resorts with the all inclusive.the views are beautiful.the only thing we didn't like we're vendors on the beach especially the cigar vendors offering to sell you drugs.

I went with my 2 1/5 years old to this Hotel. The service was amazing as well as food. WI-FI was free in both Hotel. Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Rose, her sister. I got a Ocean View room and it was the best. All rooms have a kitchenette in case you need it. The service in restaurant was a little slow, but you compensate it with the food and waiters services. Close to the Hotel around 8 min walk there is a small Mall where you can find Tequilas, etc. The price there are much better than in the airport. In front of the beach local people sells beautiful staff IN CASH (USD). The beach was swimmable, however kids must not be alone. Not all beaches in Cabos are swimmable so you should look Hotel around Medano Blanco. Demetrio, Juan Lorenzo, Elizabeth, Carlos (the barman) and David were the best in the Rest and Pool as well as Jackeline in the reception. The Hotel has Airport Transportation ($25 one way), but I used Cabo Transfers and the service was excellent.

Everything was nice except having to make reservations at certain restaurants and being served an hour and half after reservation time..Nice beach and friendly staff..Great for families..

Excellent place to stay. Hotel is perfect, easy to get around property, not to big. Most rooms have ocean view or ocean front. With in walking distance to town, great swimmable beach and nice pool. Perfect location and views! All inclusive good value and food, includes restaurants at sister property Rose'. Also visit sister properties on the Pacific ocean at PBSunset - great property to spend the day at, very relaxing and awesome golf course.

It is an older property but has been nicely refurbished. The room was clean, great view over pool and ocean. The staff was friendly. The reason I gave it a 2 is because my husband got food poisoning from a hamburger he had in the restaurant/bar by the pool. He thought it would be a safe choice but was quite sick afterwards throwing up many times.
