Loved this place! Very nice & clean right on the beach!

Most of the staff were excellent! There are some bar tenders that seem like they didn’t want to be there but that didn’t take away from the rest of the amazing staff. The proximity of the hotel was great. Beach front as well as walkable to downtown.

Loved this property for the beach and it's location to downtown. Food was nothing special, honestly wish they had a non all-inclusive option. We did not get our moneys worth in the food and booze aspect.

Upon arrival at the hotel, was told that the reservation service overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available for us or the other couple we were traveling with. We were accommodated at a sister resort, along with MANY other parties we talked to. We arrived back at Los Cabos a couple days later, where our rooms were not ready at the promised time. When our rooms were ready, the rooms were not what the pictures showed online. While the rooms were clean, they were dark, outdated, and the promised ocean views were not really ocean view. The ocean views were also blocked at this resort by multiple cruise ships everyday. We asked to be moved back to the resort we stayed the first couple days at, and our request was accomodated. If you ever have any issues at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos (Blanco), ask for Samuel at the front desk. He was the bright spot in all the chaos. Apologetic and very helpful.

Freddy, Marco, Marten were all awesome bartenders down by the pool and beach!!! I would go back and stay just because of them.

Great customer service.....Everyone was very friendly and help with whatever we needed.

My friends and I booked way in advance and were excited to stay in an all inclusive resort. When we arrived, the hotel told us that they overbooked and moved us to their Monte Cristo resort, which was much further away from downtown and the other resorts and was not readily accessible to the beaches or restaurants. We spent most of our vacation waiting in the room for taxis/shuttles or waiting sometimes 1 hour + for room service (food arrived room temperature and unappetizing). This was not the all inclusive experience we paid for and were thoroughly disappointed.

This resort was amazing! All inclusive is the way to go when on vacation. Everything was so clean and beautiful every single day. We were here for 11 wonderful days and the staff treated us like family. We’ll definitely be spreading the word about how great this place is and we’ll also definitely be back!!!

The first night we arived they made us go stay at another hotel we did not book. Because they supposedly over booked the rooms. We had traveled from far had no choice. The other hotel sucked it was dead and far from everything!!!! We had to get taxis to get anywhere. Finally we got tired of traveling in taxies and just went and complained untill we where moved to our original hotel. Nor to mention we had ti drop 2 $500 deposits for the 2 rooms. Tied up $1000 dollars!!!! All because they really wanted to make the other hotel popular at our expense. They didnt offer anything for our Inconvenience they kept blaming some one else. We lost a whole day out of 3 we where there. Very unhappy will look to stay at another place. Book with caution. One couple called them before the flew out to confirm they had a room. When they arived they where moved to.. i honestly think they where just trying to force people over to the dead hotel to try to populate it and force people to stay there because no one wants to stay far away from everything.

Beautifully maintained grounds and pool area. The if fantastic at allnofntge restaurants the services from frount desk, maintenance, housekeeping and wait staff was above and beyond. The beach is rightvthere and the water was best! I plan on coming back.

We enjoyed the hotel. Great location. Clean but dated. Limited Restaraunt’s on premises but good options nearby at rose or a shuttle ride to sunset. Staff was great!
