I liked how compact the area was. In 3 minutes you went from your room to the pool, pool side bar and restaurant, and beach. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The pool is great but not a swim up bar. The sand was very rough up by the resort. Unless you have shoes don’t attempt volleyball or activities at the court. The sand got 100% better at the waters edge, but now you are on the slope to the water. All of the beach chairs/beds were so compact together. Pushed up tight next to each other you couldn’t slide them apart even to step through them. So we would take up 2 chairs each. Kinda negates the purpose of putting all of the chairs out there. Over all very nice place.

The food was excellent as well as the service. Check-in was rough. Knowing that we (6 of us of) had reservations for superior luxury suites, they put us in three regular rooms. We had to go back down to the desk to find out that the hotel was over-booked and we had to spend the first night in a regular room. It was inconvenient. And they never even apologized. I think they were trying to trick us into getting a lesser value room. The person’s name was Samantha. She was very rude. We eventually did get the luxury suites.

It was very nice. Manager was very rude, was over booked so was sent to a villa for 2 of our days, was beautiful but was handle terrible.

I have been here 4 times now. I am not sure if we can get a partial refund or not. We arrived on time with our confirmation information on Saturday January 25th. Upon arrival they simply informed us that they had no rooms for the ten of us. I showed them my confirmation and they stood by that and said they had no rooms for us. I asked for a manager and they offered to move us or refund our money. We had traveled from Minot ND. They left us no voice but to have them move all of us to their property on the Pacific side. We did get moved back that Monday. We traveled to be with two other groups that had arrived earlier, one couple flew out Monday, we never got to see them. The other couple stayed till Thursday so we were able to see them a couple days. I truest feel we lost a couple days of vacation, very irritating. Not sure what else to say.

Pueblo Bonito was a really nice resort. I would have to give it 4 stars out of 5. The room and other parts of the resort were always clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. The beach was beautiful and the view was amazing. The food and drinks for the most part were great, big selection. We were like a 15 minute walk from the marina. There were just a few things that I did not like about the resort. The most annoying one was that you had to sign a sort of bill every time you got any food or drinks. We had the All-Inclusive package and still had to sign many bills even if it was free. It kind of shames you into tipping more often and I think that is wrong. Another thing is that the Blanco and Rose hotels are pretty old looking and in need of remodeling. Also most of the restaurants are on their non-beach access Sunset hotel. Besides those things, we had a good time staying there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time in Cabo.

Location on Medono beach is great. The staff work hard to accommodate your needs, but the hotel was full and they should have more staff. One bartender when the restaurant is ful...??

Having access to food and drinks at my own leisure is a dream! The pool is amazing!

No issues with the property at all the only thing wrong was they overbooked people at the hotel and the day I arrived they sent me to a different hotel which was about 15-20 away from Pueblo bonito Blanco and it just ruined our vacation because the whole reason I had chosen that hotel was because it was right in the center of everything.

Hotel, site, (on the beach) staff was great.. Food was just ok but good enough.. I would recommend going out to a restaurant if you are looking for a really good meal but otherwise, everything was great

While we had a good time, be cautious of the staff trying to sell you a time share. I thought I was setting up an ATV excursion only to be bused to a time share presentation. When I got upset and wanting a refund, they tried to make a deal with me to stay but after being lied to I just wanted out and just enjoy the vacation I paid for. That part of my stay just felt sleezy.

The property was absolutely beautiful alongside the set up. I appreciated how clean, elegant, and air conditioned the building were. Unfortunately, I did not appreciate the various forms of microaggressions myself and my family experienced. The various slights we experienced significant impacted our ability to enjoy the space and our company. As a result, we plan on not returning to this location in the near future. Unfortunately, we had high expectations of promoting this place, but will absolutely reconsider the gesture.

The rooms should be upgraded and the floors are very slippery when they get wet. When it’s humid that’s an issue.

Beach font property, good food, good service, access to all three properties! Close to everything!
