Friendly staff. It was very clean. Unfortunately we went is a rainy time and we had water inside our room, they provided us with several bath mats to put in the affected wet areas. I wished they would had offered us a different room. This place is beautiful

We had a medical emergency with my son at 4 am the gentleman that was at the front desk was able to get a doctor to my room in less than 20mins. They also called to follow up later to make sure he was ok. In addition to this the staff overall was very polite and kind.Loads of things todo my kids seemed happy to just spend time at the pool. The room was tidy and had a nice view of the ocean. The room did have a beverage fridge that had some beer and sodas which was super nice. The cupcake shop was definitely a favourite place for my kiddos.

This resort was amazing. They have everything to offer with fun activities and several pools. Swim up bar adult pool, as well as an activity pool. Incredible rooms including suites, singles and much more. The staff is amazing. In particular Norma was an amazing server at the pools. Also I would like to give Carmen a huge shout out. She was always on top of activities. Extremely eccentric, kind, as well as always interacting with all of the guests. Will be returning in the next few months.
