Would stay again every January!

Here end of January and it was NOT busy. Loved my choice of places to sit by the pool and beach. Staff was helpful and friendly, not pushy, yet attentive. Perfect location - great restraints around every corner and walking distance to downtown. Loved the turn down service at the end of the night. Even was given a complimentary upgrade and we were obviously a same sex couple. We were very thankful and had a great, relaxing, quiet, vacation.

The area was convenient for walking to the marina area. The resort was beautiful and the staff wonderful. This is the first all inclusive we've been to where a lot was not included in the all inclusive, such as room service menu and premium drinks. There was not an option to add to your package. We were in room 629 on the west side of the building if you're facing it. The suite was beautiful but The resort next door played torture music, like you've seen in movies for prisioners of war, it was so loud we could not stay in our room in the afternoon/evening. If you were on the opposite side of the resort, or even inside the center by the pool, you could not hear it. But it was miserable!!

Everything was amazing! My only complaint was that it was loud at night. There are vendors attached to the property that start theur cleaning service at 2am. It gets really loud!!
