My husband skinned his knee, I asked for alcohol. They said they bring it up. Someone showed with a first aid kit and cleaned him up and put ointment on him. I didn't have to do a thing other than watch. Very much appreciated. Also, felt cared for when we left early one morning I am unmarked vehicle and we were asked our room # and where we were going. They also spoke with the driver. Thank YOU

We've been staying at Casa Dorada for many years. The beach/towel staff Gabino, Carlos, Jose Maria and Emilio go above and beyond - they are the best. We noticed several areas where the property appears to be aging and is not being maintained which was disappointing. The room was clean but housekeeping was not 100% on point each day. Great location because you can walk everywhere.
