Garza Blanca Cabo is a true gem. If you are looking for first class service with spacious accommodations- you should choose Garza Blanca.

I've stayed at many swanky resorts and this is easily one of the top 3. The interior decoration puts many Vegas resorts to shame. Service will make one feel like a king. There was just an negative experience with the kids club but in fairness they still deserve a full 5 star rating.

This hotel was spectacular! It was not only beautiful from the room, view, surroundings, and amenities but it was just breathtaking. Extremely clean and the staff is superb. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed the food overall. This hotel is a must see and it is beyond 5 stars. We will be returning frequently for sure. The best part was the view and tranquility and the hotel was very luxurious. Excellent job to everyone who works here and the safety measures and precautions in place due to the pandemic. We loved our experience here!

This was a beautiful property. The entire staff went out of their way to make our vacation spectacular.

The staff was amazing. The property was clean and easy to navigate. I do appreciate the L'occitane toiletry. That was a nice and elegant touch. I wish they could have fixed the broken bidet in our suite but the impeccable customer service definitely made up for it. Overall, I would recommend this resort to my friends and family.

I'll start with the cons: this is a brand new hotel and as of the first week of September 2019 it still isn't 100% complete. Most notably, the rooftop pool and the bar near the main lobby were not ready. It looked like work was still being done in the rooms in the north wing of the hotel, as well as some work being done on the exterior facade. Overall, there was very little to no noise as it relates to the work that was being performed. For a hotel that's advertised as a 5-diamond hotel, they need to run the air conditioner in the elevators at all times as well as in the common hallways and restaurants. I say this because during our seven-day stay the elevators were not air conditioned and water was leaking from the elevator roof (could have possibly been condensation), nonetheless this needs to be addressed. In regard to no air conditioning inside the restaurants, I'm assuming this was done on purpose given that there weren't many guests at the hotel, and even less at the restaurants at any given time. On to the pros: beautiful, gorgeous, brand new, luxurious hotel. Fantastic location! If you have an ocean view room, the view is panoramic. The staff is super friendly, courteous, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond. Please tip them accordingly - if you can afford this hotel then should be able to spare some money to take care of the staff because they truly go above and beyond. There are only three restaurants which was ok for us - a Japanese restauran
