We were a little disappointed with the check-in. We are used to being greeted with a welcome drink, which is a nice touch to feel welcomed to a resort. I didn't like that you had to walk up to get your welcome drink. I will say the man who checked us in was very accomodating in finding a suitable room considering we had our 13 yr old son. Overall it was an amazing stay & we don't normally return to the same resort as we like to try new places, this is the only resort we will stay at in the area.

It's been a decade since we last stayed and it's was as wonderful as we remembered. Irma greeted us every morning with a smile and our tea and coffee. Our room was kept fresh with fun towel pets. Overall we had a relaxing stay and ate to much. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We booked two rooms through Expedia, choosing the Junior Suite with two double beds per room. However, we got a king-size bed in each room. We are distraught and disappointed. The room is clean, and the food is delicious. (Room 2015 & 2016, from Sun 23/11 to 26/11/2025)

When they say either a king size bed, or two double beds, you think the two double beds are separate, but they are side-by-side, so there’s a crack to sleep on in the middle of the bed. The walls don’t stop the noise from the neighbors. When we complained to the front desk staff about it, they refuse to do anything. When we are on vacation, we would like to sleep in. Not be woken up by screaming kids at 7:30 AM. The restaurants were average. Italian restaurant turned out to be the best one. Steak restaurant was OK, but the fusion restaurant got our meal all wrong, and had no apologies for it. We waited so long for a dessert, but we just decided to leave.

Rooms look very old and dirty! Which we didn’t like to touch anything! Bathroom was dirty which had strong smell!!! Trash bins are without plastic inside of it which looks and feels very dirty and disgusting!

Nice and clean property food options were always great and plenty to choose from The only down that a lot of the entertainment shows at night were for adult only and since we had the kids, we could not attend
