Astonishing view on the beach. But tide is rough pretty much all the time. You can go about 15 minutes on the send further into the bay waves become tolerable. Property is really well maintained. Bars are doing a really good job. My family loved kitchen here

From the time we checked in to the time we left Staff was Amazing! Down by the pools Gustavo and Ulisis were wonderful and very attentive. You can tell that the staff is very proud of the hotel and are constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean . Only had a couple of disappointing things the Rui app doesn't give enough information on things that are going on at the resort and the restaurants are not shown at the correct locations. Second unfortunate thing was after waiting for an hour and a half for the steakhouse we were treated to a cold meal. The staff was very busy and friendly no fault of their own. The Buffet was Great with many choices. We absolutely Loved this resort and can’t wait to return.

99.9% of all staff were really quite amazing; however, the front desk staff were surprisingly disappointing, on every interaction, as well as the 'cab' folks were disappointing too... too bad they didn't get the same training as the rest of the team.

During my stay, I opted for the all-inclusive package, which I expected would provide a range of high-quality dining options. Unfortunately, the food quality was subpar, with limited variety and taste that did not meet the standards I associate with the Riu brand. Additionally, I found that the dining areas often lacked availability unless you were on line to receive a buzzer at 6:00 PM. Then by 6:45 they close service. So your only option is the buffet. I would have never stayed here had I known RIU I restaurants are managed like this. Your on vacation, who leaves the beach and pool areas at 5:30 in order to get a table buzzer? Rui can't even give a time to return. Moreover, I observed serious management shortcomings throughout my visit. Staff members seemed overwhelmed and had zero accountability or common sense. Hotels.com also offered the return to airport voucher that never went through nobody can figure that one out either with the exception of my wallet for another $100 Moreover, It became evident that there was a lack of accountabilityand comment sense

DO NOT BE SWAYED BY THE RESORT CREDIT…it is not to be used as you please at this resort…you have to spend to use the resort credit…for example, book a $200 massage, use $15 of resort credit…FEKT LIKE A SCAM. I stayed at villa la Valencia and they honored their resort credit….dollar for dollar. I would have had to spend 10,000 at the spa to use the $730 resort credit in full….
