Javier from the Indian restaurant was very rude to our family. Limited sitting at all the restaurants. Room service menu is not the best. There was construction on the while guest were still in it. Leonardo from the main bar was amazing to us and to her staff.

RIU Palace has amazing staff that went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We booked a room with a view of the ocean and were not disappointed. We did have a minor issue with the A/C in our room not working for half a day, but the staff worked on the issue diligently and got it fixed in an expedited fashion. We were not inconvenienced at all! Loved the resort and we will definitely come back in the future!

Overall we had an excellent stay at the RUI Palace in Cabo. The combination of pools, restaurants, bars are all high quality. The entertainment staff always has some activities going on so you can participate in activities like pool volleyball, bingo, etc as much as you like. One thing to note is the beach is not very swimmable. The under tow is really strong and most times life guards prevent you from getting in the water. One other thing to know is the RUI palace is the quieter of the RUI properties. The sister RUI Santa Fe has more nightlife and organized parties. I liked staying at the quieter resort and visiting the Santa Fe just for the parties. But this is important to know if you want to be staying closer to the nightlife.

One of the best resort I have stayed at to this day loved it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND upgrading to “ocean view room with jacuzzi tub” IF going with NO KIDS!! If traveling with kids I recommend the room that has a private front pool. This resort goes above and beyond to make you feel like your on a paradise dream vacation.

Communication at the facility was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The double beds were pushed together into one large bed which was different but ended up working. Food selection was good and there was a large selection of cocktails. Would have enjoyed a larger selection of beer choices. Staff were attentive and friendly. We would stay here again.

Pool structure is very bad, also our room has no shampoo, conditioner or handsoap the first night until second day when weve called.

Time to relax

This was my first trip to Cabo. From the time I got to the resort, I felt safe and relaxed. The staff made everything easy. My room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature and my glass was never empty. The hotel had a nice beach area and beautiful views. The food was delicious and available in multiple locations all day long. And last I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was. I will definitely go back!
