Great location! The food was absolutely wonderful! The whole resort was extremely clean. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! Would most definitely stay there again!!

The resort is beautiful. The front desk staff extremely helpful and spoke excellent english. The language barrier was much greater (english speaking) throughout the property. Pepe in the theatre bar was a blast and helped make the experience wonderful. Biggest problem was with restaurants. 8:59pm Friday night and we were rudely turned away from the Italian restaurant by the female hostess although I explained we just got back from an all day excursion. She didn't care and people were still eating in the restaurant as we walked away. The Japanese host was excellent and attentive in contrast to our experience at the italian restaurant. Steaks were not as good as lunch at the Office restaurant in Cabo so we know they could purchase a higher quality product. Great service at all bars, pools unbelievable and the cappuccino machine and baristas at the bakery were world class! Internet service very fast too. Room service was 24/7 but limited menu made it hard to use. Overall the staff was excellent, with concerns about viruses there was hand wash EVERYWHERE and there was always staff wiping, moping and cleaning 24/7. 2nd Riu to visit and overall we had a wonderful stay. Greyline excursions were on sight and Jorge from Greyline gave us five star service on the several trips we enjoyed.

I like how clean the property was. Staff was always out either sweeping or mopping.

the pools room was nice but need to be on the third floor next time. Grayline is a rip off they never showed uo to take me back to airport yesterday morning. I had to buy a cab and hurry off that was a real disappointment

I wish there were more adult-friendly things to do at the pool and less geared towards children. I did visit the Santa Fe for the pool parties but would have been nice to not have to leave my hotel at all. Even if there was more music playing during the day, it would have made it a more fun atmosphere.

Fantastic first time in Cabo and at Riu Palace. Only complaint was I booked 3 rooms, 2 were to have dbl beds and 1 was to have a King and all 3 had dbl beds. However, for the amount of time we spent in the room (which was zero) it wasn't bad. Excellent, friendly service and location.

Everything was close and in range. Didn’t have to go far to get to destinations. The only thing I had an issue with was the room, it lacked in space and I felt like it was not up to par with other hotels with the same price range

Every think, except trip by the bout with the Gray Line.Very expensive, bed food. Agent was lying about everything from A to Z. Bombay Restaurant has very bad service. They lost our order and we never was served. Buffet was 5 stars.

It was kept very clean. Was not impressed with the restaurants on site

The property was beautiful and house keeping was working around the clock to make sure it stayed clean its a very big place so i know thats a huge task everyday. I got the master suite with the jacuzzi on the patio and ocean view, and it was well worth it sun rise and sun set from the patio was amazing. The room was huge. Theres pretty much just 1 activity per day and you have to go to the other hotel for it nothing really goes on at this hotel. The food was horrible i read rhe reviews and thought people were over exxagerating but no it really was horrible. Room service was horrible its like 5 items on the menu and when the nachos came to the room the chips were stale. The best part of our whole trip was miguel the bartender at the swim up bar on the activity side. He made sure me and my wife had a good time and inteoduced us to alot of new drinks the other bartenders did not know existed. Overall me and my wife had a good time but because of the food and that alone i would not come back

It was a good experience would stay suggest Rui Santa Fe if want more party vibes

The location and views can’t be beat. Overall comfort of the room was ok and quality of the food was mediocre, although the quantity and variety was definitely there.

It was beautiful and had plenty to do. The restaurants had a large variety and the swim up pool was a lot of fun.

Not very clean. We saw some sand and trash in the isles every single day.

Had everything that we needed everybody was so friendly and helpful
