Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great choice of food and drink.

Had a great time.

It was just the right size, not too large but large enough that there was a nice ambiance. Very friendly staff that was very accommodating.

Booked a premium level room which apparently came with “vip” check-in. The concierge at the “vip” did not do a great job conveying what amenities came with our “vip” stay. We found out from other “vip” guest that certain amenities were available to us that weren’t available to non “vip” guest. A complementary photo was included with our stay that we just happened to find out about from another guest. We did have to pay for the pictures we wanted the the photographers time was free. The food was ok. Wasn’t thrilled but I didn’t starve either. Of course with most all inclusive resorts the liquor wasn’t premium but the frozen mango margarita and tequila sunrise were great. Resort was well maintained and really clean. They do provide Covid testing on site for those that need it. Cost us $40 U.S to take a taxi to the marina in Cabo. Driver charged us another $40 to bring us back plus $5 for waiting for us. Had we known this we would’ve taken an Uber of the local bus which is also safe and less expensive. If the food was better I would give this resort 4 stars but since it was lack luster I’ll give the resort 3 stars

Clean and nice property. Great location with a fantastic pool. Several great restaurants very close to property, also old Jose del Cabo in about a 30 minute safe walk away.

Gorgeous entrance and friendly, helpful staff. Food and drinks were meh ok, about what I’d expect from an all inclusive. Peaceful beach and we even saw whales! Very hard to get bottles of water! Seems silly especially since I wasn’t drinking alcohol. The “events” each night included very loud music performances that reverberated around the property until 10:00pm. Thank goodness we didn’t have our 1 year old with us or she never would have slept. Awoken a few hours later from seemingly drunk guests loudly banging through the halls to their rooms. Woken again at 4:45am when early morning guests were leaving to catch flights. Overall just ok. I would not go back.

Gran Faro was a great experience. The view from the infinity pool allowed us to see dozens of whales swimming by. The drinks were on point and the food was some of the best that I have had at an all-inclusive. The staff hustled, kept every thing clean and was friendly. I would enjoy returning to the Barcelo Gran Faro.

It’s mediocre. Nothing miserable but nothing outstanding or wow factor. Little bugs all over the rooms and A/C does not produce cold air. The reservation restaurants aren’t bad and the pools are pretty. My takeaway: either save $250 and go with a mediocre budget friendly hotel or splurge an extra $250 and get a true nice one!

The property was stunning and staff friendly. Wish the pool with the swim up var was heated and that the rooms provided an actual blanket and mot just thin bed sheet. Food was good, best restaurant was the Mexican one.

It’s a nice property. But, I will give 3 stars.There’s couple things I don’t like. Sadly, the food was not great. The swimming pool was freezing cold.. there’s no central heating system to warm the swimming pools. ..the ocean water was warmer then the pools.

Gran Faro was a great experience. The view from the infinity pool allowed us to see dozens of whales swimming by. The drinks were on point and the food was some of the best that I have had at an all-inclusive. The staff hustled, kept every thing clean and was friendly. I would enjoy returning to the Barcelo Gran Faro.
