I had an amazing time at this hotel and I would highly recommend this resort for your next vacation! The resort is beautiful especially the view of the ocean. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and displayed excellent customer service. There are some suggestions I would recommend. The buffet was closed one night and the only option was the two restaurants. I was turned away from one of the restaurants because they were over booked. If you close the buffet at dinner at least make sure your guest has access to all restaurants. The entertainment was not great at all. However guest do have access to the resort next door for the RUI parties. The swim up bar should always have the DJ or at least a music playlist. Overall I had a wonderful time. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We all felt that this is a very noisy property. Constant blaring of music or someone yelling. Our biggest concern was that the food was very average at best. We are at 3 restaurants and other than the elite club for dinner, we were disappointed. And the quality of the house wine is very poor and there is no wine list to order better wines. Very disappointing.

I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about! Wish the steakhouse was open on our last night there but that was poor planning on my part! Great stay and friendly staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip away.

Our trip was wonderful. The room and grounds were always clean . The staff was 5 star . Javier that stays by the dinning area was the best . Caesar at the buffet was also great will attending us . Food was great - Only minor issue was I wish the restaurants stood open a little later . Also keep in mind if you want to venture out at night Ubers are not aloud to come in the hotel to pick you up you have to walk out the hotel and walk like 1/2 a mile off the grounds for pick up .

Enjoyed the variety in pools, especially the swim up bars and heated options. Wish they enforced the lounger saving policy (people save them and never show up). If you don’t get out there and save a lounger, you won’t have a good seat.
