The place was good it was clean and food was better than expected. Very unhappy about the spa. In the rooms it says book online for the spa. I did just that booked online throu the resorts app. Received and time date and amount owed for services credit card on file. I arrive with my friend looking forward to a day at the spa. Was told upon arrival our online booking didn’t count as a reservation and is just a “suggestion “ but not a reservation but I had a screen shot of booking and time and date. Spa attendant was rude not helpful said no openings for days. Now I see why no one goes to the spa there very disappointing first vacation without my 4 kids in 9 years and couldn’t even enjoy a spa day with my friend.

It is above the average property and 3.5 star at best. We had an expensive sunglasses stolen from deep hidden in the luggage when we were not in the room. The liquor quality was cheap and honestly so was the price of stay. You could have upgrade for mor money. The partial ocean view upgrade was a joke! Donot do it. The Italian restaurant was bad. The Asianone was good. The buffet was very good. The room was very basic and service was inadequate. There was no room cleaning every day unless you asked for it not just by the sign on the door but by asking for it in person. The TV ib room was awkward to use and useless as the in room telephone withnno directory to dil even the front desk!

Clean room, lovely staff (Lutty at the pool bar and Carmen at breakfast were absolutely the best), and good food! The only thing i don’t like is that out of our 6 day stay, we were not able to go to the steakhouse! They allow elite members to make reservations only and then everyone else can only go as soon as they open. If you’re not there at 530pm you will not be going and that’s unfortunate and unacceptable. They need to come up with a better system to make sure that everyone is able to go.

Well I was hoping to see more of the beach but the minute we did our phones were stolen. Security was no where around when it happened but the appeared as I was trying to find them. Ask for their help and they said ‘no’ they would not help. Resort said since it was off the property they couldn’t help. It was 5 feet from the infinity pool by chair on the beach that they provide. I was a nightmare!

be careful on the 720 credit at resort. They inly let you use 20/30 at a time. if it cost $400, you were able to use 30 and then pay 370. Was not told up front and was a reason I upgraded room , as I thought would be able ti use credit on other things.
