Roomy, open floor plan , nicely decorated, big patio, can see ocean, very clean, staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Good great!
I had a nice vacation at Villa La Estancia. The best part of the stay is the large rooms, I had a 1 Bedroom Villa and it was really nice. The one thing that was VERY annoying was the ladies asking me to watch a "Real Estate Opportunity" she said its not a time share we promise! My girlfriend missed her flight and I wanted to see the prices of the fractional as I was interested.. However, it turned out to be a timeshare opportunity and it was extremely annoying. They gave me some tickets to some boat rides and a party but when we went to go do the stuff when my girlfriend arrived we realized they made it for the wrong day ! Our tickets were expired and they wouldn't take them lol. Whatever you do don't agree to the timeshare pitch, its not even a real timeshare, you only get it for 30 years. I blame myself for being an idiot and agreeing to watch their preso, I will never be suckered like that again, it left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. They also took forever to check me in on my arrival I waited until almost 5PM for my room to be ready even though Orbitz posts check-in at 3PM. The food was good and the pool is nice. I also heard from other owners that the staff is not as friendly as they used to be. They weren't rude but they didn't go out of their way or seem all that thrilled to have you there. I might stay here again if I get a really good deal, however there are a lot of other places to stay so I might not if there is a better deal at another property.
Right on the beach, clear view of the Arc, very quiet and relaxing! Exactly what I was looking for. Very attentive, kind and helpful staff. I'm looking into buying a timeshare because I loved it so much!
Amazing resort get a room with a view. We loved it so much we will be back soon!! If you are not an owner you do not get all the same perks, just an FYI if u book through orbitz or expiedia. The staff was nice and helpful, the only bad experience was the elevators were slow.
The Villa Estancia is great and part of 2 other villas. There is recoprocity with one of the other villas but when we went to the Villa del Arc they didn't provide towels?! The beach is swimmable most of the time. There are interesting vendors on the beach and would recommend getting a $20 or $25- massage on the beach instead of the resort. The food is ok but better in town. The facilities are very nice. The room is clean and bathroom good except there is no exaust for the steam from the shower?
Wonderful location, wonderful views, very friendly and helpful staff
Great staff! Very friendly! Highly recommend this place! Would definitely go there again.
Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped out of the car. The valet's were friendly and helpful and the free valet service was a nice bonus. The front desk were helpful and efficient. The food at the restaurants was very good and waitstaff very attentive. The staff -- house cleaning, pool service, waiters, gardners, spa employees -- were always authentically friendly and helpful. The location was nice -- close enough to walk along the beach to town but far enough away to be safely from the chaos and noise. Loved it all and will definitely be going back.
You don't need 50 characters ,Excellent is the right answer
COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE...WAS SKEPTICAL OF THE "NO CASH POLICY"..TURNED OUT TO BE GREAT,WORRY FREE. WAS GREAT TO SIGN, CARRY NO CASH..BILL WHEN WE SETTLED WAS EXACT!
Excellent experience, loved the facilities , I think it's the best place in Cabo. Cordial staff! I give this place a 5 star in all accounts!
We stayed at La Estancia and purchased the all inclusive plan. It was great because you have the ability to eat at any of the restaurants at The Estancia, Villa del Palmar or El Arco next door. La Estancia is a very quiet - the pool closes at 9:00, but if you want a little more activity you can go next door to the dinner show at Villa del Palmar, also incljuded in your all inclusive plan, or to El Arco for dinner and come back to Estancia and relax. The food was great at all of the restaurants. The sports bar had a great selection too. Angela at La Estancia is great, she makes sure you receive the best service. Very clean, well kept up property, probably better for those that are looking for a quiet location.
Great! However they woke us up the 1st day at 8'oclock in the morning to ask how our stay was..little weird and the next day they came in at 10 am to spray for bugs.
You can walk to Medano beach it's literally in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the Mall and the Marina & great restaurants. You will feel like you are in the middle of the action.
All of the staff at the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. The view from our rooms balcony was spectacular. The food was decent, I had expected better.
Anything and everything you need or want in a beach getaway.
After reviewing several hotels/amenities for a family trip with my husband and two college age kids, this resort did not disappoint! We had a two BR suite which is beautifully appointed, and has a huge terrace spanning the master suite, LR, and second BR. All rooms have ocean views. The all inclusive was a great family value, however only two restaurants on this property. We had restaurant (not pool) access to two sister properties which was nice. Preferred Villa de Arco to Villa de Palmar. Contrary to what we were told upon check in, reservations are a must for dinner unless you plan on waiting an hour. We stayed at Casa Dorada last time in Cabo which is a comparable resort, but better location to walk to marina/downtown, took cab from Estancia, a $9 fee one way each time we headed that way.
Our stay was very nice and relaxing. The location of the room could have been better but it wasn't that bad. I really wish the hotel offer a shuttle to down town for free. ..and also there's no ice machines. The beds are comfortable but the linen material is rough and not the appropriate for that kind of weather. Also didn't like that neither of the three villas takes cash on any of their restaurant s. Overall we loved had a great relaxing time, the location is perfect.
Great Hotel Cabo San Lucas not as good. Quiet rooms and spacious
if this ocurs and your room is not how it was described, speak to manager immediately. Our room was promised to have refrigerator and views, and first one did not, so we spoke to management. They were able to moive us to a much better room with refrigerator and views. House keeping seemed to not be reliable, came only twice in 7 days. The Tour guide who helps book fishing and car rentals was by far the best resource
