I’ve been back six times to the Santa Fe and it is always amazing and I will continue to come back. Only thing I could complain about was shower water temperature lukewarm, but not a big deal still tolerable and probably helps with the environment less energy and water consumption. Also one trip last year building seven top floor I had a reoccurring sewer smell from the bathroom. I was politely refused a room change request, but Hospitality cleaned the bathroom every day making it tolerable. The extra effort was much appreciated. Never had that smell problem any other time.

Room and property was beautiful. Was disappointed that the ocean was not accessible the entire trip. Also— would have liked to know an ocean view room would be rocked by party music! Enjoyed the food and staff a lot!

I have never left a review for a resort before and I’ve been staying at them and traveling for years. The pictures weren’t accurate as far as size wise. I had a garden view room but there was no garden. The food was subpar, but doable. The drinks were watered down. I tried to get a bus for four days and nothing. There is no elevator, a lot of walking and no one to help with your luggage. This was very frustrating carrying luggage up flights of stairs. The resort is more quiet during the weekdays but gets crowded starting on Fridays. I would probably never return.

We loved our stay at the Hotel RIU Santa Fe! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless everyday. The pools and swim up bars were great! We were a little disappointed with the food. It was hit or miss at being fully stocked. We were expecting at least a few à la carte restaurants. Resort was newer and very clean. The RIU parties were something else!
