Resort is huge now and they are building more rooms. My adult kids had a great time, dj music, party drinking and eating all day. This hotel its a paradise for party people. Great Mexican night, Mexican folklore dance was excellent.I found a huge roach on my room, when I asked for help to the staff members from the hotel they called the radio looking for the person in charge of my room, luckily my son arrived and killed it. I am very disappointing with the staff members, they seems so busy they don't have any time to asked if you need something or just to bring you a drink, like before. I will not come back.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The staff is attentive and very professional. Overall the hotel setting was amazing, clean and in a wonderful location. The only downfall in the food, not good at all. The downtown is close by and accesible to get food. The staff, location, drinks and hotel make up for the terrible food. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was always well stocked up with beverages. The construction work at the hotel was very noisy It woke me up every morning and I couldn’t ever sleep in. This was the most uncomfortable part of my stay. The food was extraordinary.

Very bad reception services need more people to be able to check in and check out from hotel. Hotel would benefit from elevators as well. Buffets can have better food and there is an odor to sections of the hotel that smell pretty bad and it is next to one of the buffets.

We had to wait over 2 hours to get inside the room after check in. The room was in a dirty upon arrival. Very unsatisfied with the check in process.

Great location and beautiful beach. The hotel itself is stunning. It’s unfortunate that the staff is the worst that I have experienced.

Great resort with excellent food and staff. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

Only pro of this hotel is the location. Stunning views from the infinity pool. Otherwise, everything else was either mediocre or worse. The room was clean but towels had a weird smell. The food was terrible. Being an all-inclusive hotel, food is a big deal and was a huge disappointment at Riu Sante Fe. No greetings from hotel staff. One of the waitress even asked for a tip at the end of dinner after rushing us to order our food. Most of the public bathrooms smelled of urine mixed with chlorine. The layout of this hotel can be confusing. This hotel has so much potential but ended up to be a big disappointment.

This hotel has it all. Enjoyed all the activities and all the shows the hotel has. The food is great and the staff friendly.

It was too big of a facility with entirely too much walking to get to the front. The restaurants did not have much of a variety and the night restaurants filled up quickly turning people away as early as 8 PM. I was told they did not serve champagne and the third night a bartender asked a manager and a bottle was brought to my room that night...hot with 1 glass. By the 6th night I found champagne being served at a swim up bar in the back. Staff were nice and it was clean but would not stay there again based on the amount of walking required. A place that big should have more restaurants.

Our room had dirty sheets, hair and makeup on them. Requested to get them changed and they simple made the bed again. Any request took hours to get done. Entrance door wasn’t working properly. Shower wand broken, squirting water everywhere.

First, this resort is beautiful all on the outside. The rooms are just ok. My room had hair still in the sink, and was still a bit dirty. Let me tell you, the food sucks! I would upgrade the little money and stay at the palace. I will say, the steakhouse and Italian restaurant was good though. We left the resort to eat a bit cause my boyfriend and sister hated the buffet, I thought it was just ok, I could have managed. Staff was ok, not as nice as before, makes you feel like they don’t like tourists much.

Clean rooms and grounds. Carlos was the best bar tender! We loved every second of our stay!

Good staff, good grounds, terrible food! Coffee was gross, they reuse their plastic glasses so you can still see lipstick on the rim and take them out of the garbage to reuse them as well. Bugs in the buffet food. Never stay there again

Very clean, the staff are very nice and the beaches are really clean and food are delicious.

My Girlfriend and I came here not knowing what to expect. It was one of the best trips I’ve taken. Foods a hit or miss but the environment is amazing and we made so many friends. This was a great expirence and I will be back.

Excellent hotel, nice people, nice food, beautiful location!!!!

The hotel is fun to stay at if you're single, but can be too loud with guest & music. The food wasn't the best...didn't seem fresh.

the biggest complaint in the lack of help from the staff members. There were a lot of very hard working house keepers and very sweet waiters at the restraints. They also had some great shows. This hotel was filled with party after party its more of a young spring break crowed. The last day I was there I had severe food poisoning. As far as the staff and management goes, our friends room was flooding on a day where there was a hurricane and the staff would not move them to another room. They are very non accommodating. Also the gentleman that run the transportation take advantage of the tourists, by over charging them. We took a shuttl into town and were told it would be 17.00 and it turned out to be 45. It’s just a scam.

Don't expect to get an early check in here. You can drop your bags and grab a bite to eat though. This place has it all. Something for every age group. Loved our ocean front room and location to the beach, pool, and restaurant. Villa 7 is the best. I would come back here in a heart beat.
