Liked the variety of the buffets. Dislike the smell in my room and my room too close to pool party when i requested to be far away from it.

The resort looks nice. Not quite high end but great value. Food is surprisingly good. Note that we are not taking 5 stars here but if you are talking about from the perspective of common folks like us, I would definitely say good. Better than most Vegas buffets. Good specially restraunts. Staff is not super nice. Think this may be a language barrier issue. Worst part about resort. Crowd certainly lower end, but polite for the most part. Very little smoking. Water park slides good for my kids. I would comeback, but would never take the kids here during spring break.

all inclusive. baja california restaurant and service was good. Horrible experience when we found out that our rooms were in 3rd floor and there is NO ELEVATOR. With a 3 year old and a 5 year old 4 full bags and stroller we had to take up to 3rd floor in the heat of 90. No view at all it was like a burnt back yard. then toilet didn't work for our room. my family and my brothers family went and complained about the rooms and requested a rooms downstairs and finally a supervisor was able to do that. First day was so tiring and horrible because of changing the rooms pulling bags around with kids. other days were not so bad.

Entertainment was good. Food was horrible. Have stayed here several times and the food has never been great but this time it was almost inedible.

The property was beatiful but.....food was horrible the bed was hard towels were rough and the smell of the room was awful problaby what they clean with had to leave the patio door open to air it open but scent lasted the whole 3 days staff was friendly and helpful

I like the pool party. I did NOT like that our bed covers had pubic hair embedded within the fibers. It made me wonder if they had been washed and/or replaced before we checked in.

Everything was well kept, clean, the staff were very friendly, helpful anywhere you went

Loved howw big the resort is and spread out. All the fun activites everyday.

So clean super amazing customer service definitely going back

Great pools but the Buffett gets old after a few days. Would like better options for upgrading the room as well.

Nice resort for the money. Only complaint was restaurants not taking reservations.

Amazing staff and beautiful location, always something to do from shows to pool party’s

The property is in a good location overall, close to the marina and downtown area. The hotel staff was rude, they were not helpful. When I would ask a question they would just say no and walk away. There is no room service, no elevators, and the food was disappointing. The hotel did not provide any information what so ever regarding services, hours of restaurants hotels, or events. Overall mediocre experience, compared to other all inclusives. Would not return here again. Also, bed linen was stained as were pillows. It took 2 hours for the front desk to bring clean pillows to our room.

The resort was very clean & the staff was nice & helpful. The pools were clean & not overcrowded. The Baja California restaurant was our favorite during our stay.
