We liked the various parties, shows, shops, and grounds were well kept. We did not like the fact that there was no hockey in the sports bar, long lines at the bar, no service staff, asked multiple times for items for room- took 3 days to receive, and few bathrooms to use in pool areas.

The Ocean view suite was spacious with a beautiful view but there was hair in the shower and the jacuzzi tub did not work. The bartenders we're on top of things but the food was not good at all. I lost weight on vacation. There were several restaurants on the property. With no variety, every restaurant had the same food same quality same nasty taste. I was in Mexico and I couldn't even get a good taco!

Property was nice. Unruly children were everywhere and the food and drinks were garbage. Had to leave resort to get good food and there was no room service, shuttles, etc.

I have stayed st this resort at least 6 times. It has grown and improved in so many ways. They have added on additional villas and an incredible water park with amphitheater foe those that enjoy late night parties. Food is great too. Great family place. I will be back.

I like the beach front access and the Room was nice. I just like the fact that the food was very poor quality and so was the alcohol. My friend and I got food poisoning in and spent half the trip in our room feeling sick.

Huge resort! Loved everything except the food menu. I’m a chicken and fish kinda guy and they didn’t have much chicken. Other then that the resort is amazing.

It had an on-site club, adult water slides, kids water slides, day and night pool parties and positive vibes. The property was VERY clean and constantly being cleaned. The room was sufficient. Nothing fancy but it was modern. The only downside was the bathroom did not have a fan, window or any ventilation. The food was decent. It was not horrible but was not great. Every location had a nice salad bar and fruit bar. There was a lot of American food. Would like to see local Mexican food given more precedence.

It was so clean and so many activities to do. The drinks and view was amazing like no other. What I did not like is that we asked for cleaning not to come in and they stole my money when we left to go to the gym. I had $1300 pesos inside my purse and it was gone. It was even covered up. I had a beautiful experience except that the front desk did not even apologize for it. I wasn’t asking for my money to be returned I asked them to speak to them about it and for me to talk to the manager was not going to do anything. I will never stay there again for sure but the property was beautiful.

Beautiful architecture, landscaping, and pools. Not good for kids 15-17...nothing to do. Only great for 18 and older. Food was mediocre and often not in ample supply.

Too many drunk teenagers. Was up all 4 nighrs due to screaming, knocking on doors and vandalism up to 4am. Will never go back to this hotel.

The staff was amazing. Room was gross and moldy. Food was horrible. Not worth the money. I should have just used AirBnb.

It's beautiful and clean. It's easy to get around and find different amenities. Highly recommend if you enjoy walking.

It was spring break so they were short staffed at the bars and there was little to no security to keep the drunk ones to a minimum, fights, kids having sex in pool broad daylight, putting cigarettes out in the pool, pools smelled like urine, cover ups were not required in the restaurants. If you are going to have spring breakers than keep them under control as others pay a lot of money for their trip as well and we should be able to enjoy all of the resort as well.

Come from a college student’s perspective this resort was pretty nice. The drinks were good and the pool parties were very fun, however the food was subpar. In addition, some other parts of the resort rubbed me the wrong way. For instance, the pools were pretty gross, the electronic safes were kinda sketchy (ours stopped working), and merchants bombarded you all over the resort. I guess it was worth it for the money but be warned.

The self serve cerveza was a great touch. Pool party is a must-see.
