Bad costumer service . The flys in the restaurant in the hotel . The room is in bad condition

The staff was very nice & helpful. The food was good for buffet. We enjoyed the nightly shows our overall experience was good.

Horrible. Wrong room. Not what we booked. When they changed our rooms again there was a family in the second room. Beyond unorganized

I was very disappointed for Room Cleanliness and elevator didn't exist on the hotel.

First impressions were Ok. We waited in the check in line for 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgements. After checking in we were still told that our room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. Our room was still a bit sandy and wet. The curtains were dirty with brown streaks. The bed lining also had brown spots. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallways. The food was similar to cafeteria food. Even the fruit that were in sliding glasses to "protect" it had a bit of fruit flies in it. The only food was the Mexican restaraunt, but that is only because that was the only restaraunt that wasn't full. The other restaraunts wouldn't even let us put our name down or said that it would be a 45 minute wait even though there were plenty of empty tables visible. Basically, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Pool is amazing. Swim up bar is awesome too. From the outside, building looks great. But facilities and front desk is not helpful at all. Many incidents happened and never had an apology, nor compensated. 1. There's a door that splits a small entry way for two rooms. That door was stuck and shut closed. 6 of my friends were trapped inside for 2 plus hours. This caused us to be late to our resevations for the steakhouse. They did not sit us and sent us to speak with the front desk. Of course, front desk did not do anything to help us out. They tried to set resevations for us the following day, but I let them know I could do that my self and that wasn't solving our situation. I mentioned how bad of fire hazard it was if door never opened. The front desk guy just stared at us and didn't say anything. By the way, facilities couldn't open. My friend used screwdriver to open it himself. 2. Food was horrible. 7 out 11 people in our groups got sick. We didn't eat anywhere else other than the hotel. And we got sick the last day, which we ate at the steakhouse. Lucky chance? 3. Restaurant staff kept sending us he wrong direction to other restaurants. They mentioned it was closing soon, so they didn't want to serve us. Which by the way, we had 45minutes left before closing. Will not stay here again.

The rooms were outdated. The west side of the property is adjacent to an active construction site which was noisy and dusty. When asked to switch rooms we were denied and management was very rude. Overall, the staff was not very accommodating. But worst of all, the food was horrible! I will not be going back.

it was a very nice first experience :) good city and friendly people

Los restaurantes a la carta demoran mucho tiempo para atender. La reservaciones son muy escasas y muy lentas. La comida no fue tan agradable.

I visited the resort with a party of 20, the youngest was 10 years old, and we all had a blast. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and that you love your Mexican experience. One this that is s must, set up your transportation with yoir travel company ahead of time. We didn't, and paid through the nose.

We had 2 rooms and stayed recently in late June. Traveled with 5 adults and 2 children under age of 8. The resort was great and the staff and cleanliness was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and said hello to all of us. The resort is located beach front if you stay in building 7. We stayed in building 3 by the quieter pool. You do hear everyone's conversations especially if you are on the 1st floor. But there are no elevators so we didn't have to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The one issue I did have and parents please keep this in mind for your very picky children is that the food in the restaurants and buffet is not the best. I would say the breakfast buffet is about a 6 out of 10 and the dinner is 4 of 10. They do serve tacos out in the courtyard so that would be the best food they serve. Overall, it was a great first time trip to Cabo.

Overall good hotel. Close to the beach, everything is easily accessible however the food wasn't good. Ate basic breakfast and lunch at the resort but Left the resort every night for dinner. The beds were hard and the pillows were terribly flat.

At check in time we had to wait for an extra 2 hours to get our rooms. I was given bad keys and stayed locke out for a little while at 1 am. And got robbed. It has to be the cleaning crew they took all the money from the room which couldn't be put in the safe because it didn't work. We reported and they stated they would investigate and the manager would contact us. We heard nothing back so whoever took the money had a good chunk:

Absolutely love it , only thing I can say, stay 8 days and wish I could've stay a month

3rd time staying here. Can't wait to return next year.

the hotel was nice, very clean and well kept. the bar in the room was only stocked when asked.the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. they made sure you had everything you needed to be comfortable. the safe was hard to use, we left 5 twenty dollar bills locked and when we came back from the pool, 2 twenties were missing. we reported it to the front desk, and they only placed an investigation, but had to forward the the manager. we contnued going out but took our money and passports with us at all times, due to the incident. the food was amazing and really authentic mexican food. and the entertainment was really fun! the entertainment crew always tried to hype people up and and include as many people, without being too pushy

Rooms were well stocked and comfortable. The view from the oceanfront rooms is unbeatable!!

Caught a gian Rooster and a seal jumped in the boat!! And the hotel was a blast. Make sure to eat at the Taco cart in the plaza.

If you are used to the resort experience from Cancun, this is far from it. Facilities= outdated Food= horrible. Nothing taste quite right and everything is super greasy. It is just like college dorm food. We got food poisoning from the Asian restaurant. The only good food you'll find is the taco stand. The 24-hr snack bar only provides frozen burgers and hard nacho chips. Rooms= super dusty. Bedding smell like they haven't been washed and the sheets are super rough. The bathroom was moldy and they don't provide lotion. Pools= dirty. 2 out of the 3 infinity pools are disgusting. The other one is not much cleaner either. The "family" pool is ok. Nightclub= smelly and outdated. I felt like I was stuck in a bad 80's night club. If you want to go back to your college days where you ate bad food and got drunk off of cheap alcohol, this resort is perfect for you. If you are looking to relax and enjoy good food, this resort is not for you.

great hotel would recommend and definitely stay again. Stayed in Riu Palace and enjoyed It just the same. I would say there is more party life in Santa Fe. Clean rooms and beautiful ocean view. Food was also great.
