Property was very beautiful! It is set up a little strange and some of the villas are very hard to find and away from everything. The restaurants were okay and it was mostly standard buffet food. Definitely eat elsewhere if you want authentic Mexican food. During the coronavirus masks only need to be worn while you walk in the restaurant and walking around the buffet and when getting a drink at the bar and when talking with staff. They try and make everyone use hand sanitizer despite the brand they use (blumens) being recalled here in the US due to using unsafe alcohol. I always said no thanks to the hand sanitizer and only had a problem one time but they eventually let me eat after he called his manager. Pools were nice but definitely needed more shade. All the pools had very little shade, definitely could use some over-head covering. The shows they put on night were a step below cruise entertainment but it was something to do. This hotel was a little far from medano beach which is the main party beach. It’s a mile walk through deep sand in the sun, or a $14 dollar taxi ride to get there. Also I heard if you order Uber it’s only $3. You just have to walk off the property grounds in order to be picked up. It was a fun time and great vacation. Great all inclusive resort for the budget price but not super 5 star if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great value! The pools and water slides are awesome for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful. We were there during COVID, so it was fairly empty and there were only 3 restaurants open, but that still offered a good variety. The rooms are pretty plain, but there is so much to do that you dont need to spend much time in your room. We would definitely stay there again.

Food was terrible - cold and not enough choices . Dining Staff - hard to communicate and had terrible miscommunication on their end on what to do for COVID . Room ,worn out sheets , small pillows , temp. Only can go so low - too hot , dirty walls , curtains, mildew smell Front desk staff- didn’t communicate to us checking out time , explaining everything and unable to speak English Resort - pool was like warm and hot some of the days; too big not good for the elders too much walking

Stayed here during spring break and it was amazing! We had our own mini bar in our spacious room, drinks and food were inclusive, the Infiniti pool was beautiful, and it was right on the beach! LOVED it

Place was awesome!! Definitely would go back there!! Super clean, great food and a great time!!

Phenomenal. Room 2145. Excellent views. Two jacuzzis, one inside and one on the balcony. Cleaned daily. Easy access to everything on the resort. A bit of a walk to get to the front lobby but it’s the price you pay for the spectacular views. All inclusive was great but not a necessity, downtown had some really excellent restaurants, average price was $50 for a dinner of two. Mango beach ocean front dining was great, in town tres Islas had some really great sea food. We flew here one week after Covid flight restrictions got lifted and we were very impressed with the resort’s efforts to keep things clean and sanitized. From the disinfecting of beach chairs to hand sanitizer at every corner you find one. Everyone wore masks and took your temperature on entering any of the restaurants. Not overcrowded but we still got that warm and fuzzy feeling you’d get as expected when you go away to a place like this.

Walking distance to the marina for day trip was perfect. If not interested in music after hours would not recommend a room by the pool party.

Fan in bathroom didn’t work, fridge was unplugged when we showed, warm beer. No drink service on beach or around pools. Security for spring breakers was non existent. Overall good time at property!

Don't go!! Drunk spring breakers every where!! Never seen so many crazy drunks!!

The property itself is great. It's on the beach, has great pools and AWESOME pool parties. It is pretty large, so get ready to get lost trying to find your room. The rooms are good sized; however, every room has a STRONG mildew or bleach smell. To the point that it gets attached to your clothes and now that I'm home and have washed my clothes, I can still smell it. We had a total of 6 rooms, all in different buildings and all smelled the same. Food is mediocre. Nothing to write home about and ended up leaving the resort to get good food. As long as you are not expecting great meals, you'll be fine. Drinks were fine as well, but I would stay away from the mixed shots. Three of us got sick from them. Overall, a great party hotel that's close enough to Medano beach and good vibe.

Party Pool was awesome! Drinks and food were good! Need golf carts or monorail!

Entertaining, clean, and fun. Comfy beds, welcoming staff, so much to do.

The pools are beautiful. The food is okay. The pool parties are extremely loud if you have a room nearby. The staff is friendly. It’s a $15 taxi fee to the marina. The beach is very pretty, but vendors are constantly bugging you.
