None of the bars are staffed for the volume of people they have to take care of. The food was OK restaurants that you expected to be more off. The menu are also buffets so what’s the point of that even though other resorts that belong to the same ownership or next to each other, you’re not able to use any of the other facilities if you stay at the Santa Fe.

Riu Santa Fe is a HUGE property. There multiple pools/resturants/activities that can keep you busy. El Centro Cabo San Lucas is a quick ride away if you want to go into town. Riu is a great resort chain. We have stayed at a few and are never disappointed! The staff are super welcoming and want you to have the best vacation. It's very family friendly but they also do a great job catering to the adult vacationers. Highly recommend

It was okay. Nothing to run out and book again. If I was to book another all inclusive I would do more research. No blanket on the bed, no extra pillows in the room. Had to ask them to restock the mini bar when we were told it would be done every other day. Toilet seat came off. Food was not great. My hamburger was like a hockey puck and when we got our appetizer it was cold at the steakhouse. Really not my go to for my next vacation. The people we met were all very nice. No elevator had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

Room was clean, facilities were well maintained, staff was very friendly. The resort is bigger than I expected. I'd prefer another restaurant instead of the buffet style places. The steak place was good but we ate there 3 times so it got a bit old. Lots of different pools in different locations. The drinks were a bit water down, but that is kind of expected.

Only downside...ALL the doors are REALLY REALLY loud when closing/locking. Coupled with the tunnel like concrete hallways and tile floors and the sound reverberates throughout...especially at night. Had to sleep with earplugs. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience.
