Very clean facilities. Friendly staff. Only complaint- our room faced new hotel construction with very many workers that worked from 7 am to 11 pm daily, non stop. Hammering and heavy equipment non stop.

The hotel in itself was excellent. Clean, great amenities, great staff, excellent service and on the beach. Getting to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina was very easy and affordable if taking the bus. The only thing was there is a lot of construction around the hotel. Noisy and very dusty at times. Some buildings also do not have elevators so stairs are a must. But for the price and all the excellent amenities, the hotel is a great choice.

Views, comfort and geographical location of this resort were great! But drinks sucked. Everything tastes different which is somewhat expected, but don’t water drinks down when you’re being tipped.

Nice hotel very close to downtown and marina. The food was absolutely incredible!

Loved the spread out area. Very clean hotel and pool area. The beds were not comfortable, but that would probably be my only complaint.

Everything was fine but the food wasn't that good with the exception of the Taquero.

Good stay. As advertised. Just two of us and all we did was go to the beach and rest.

Location was good. Hotel staff and the entertainment could be a lot better. But you get what you pay for

Beautiful place. Nice pools. Good drinks. Wonderful view. Beach accessible. Not far from downtown. Beds are so uncomfortable. Not enough blankets. Towels were rough. NO ELEVATORS! 41 stairs is what we walked up and down every day. Our “garden view” was a construction site 24 hours a day. EVERY DAY! Jack hammers and reverse beeps at 3-4 am. Horrible. Food was delicious. That never disappointed. Needs more entertainment life and activities. Overall it was a wonderful time. We came back with great tans. The weather was fantastic. And I would stay there again.

Comstruction mext dopr made it noisy. We kept looking water to our room

Between a baby crying in room next door that you could hear through"the concrete walls and a rowdy crowd that had a fight in the lobby that had to be stopped by security it was ÖK. They moved us to another room, roof leaked, no hot water for 27 hours, and any small rain the whole place flood enough that you can walk on sidewalks at all. This was built on an old river bed and is too low! The guest services could care less, they smile and say let me see what we can to then when you come back they tell you corporate says they can't help! Then they say they will help on your next stay! Avoid this place as its a low rent neighbor to the RIU Palace. The buildings are a long way from the beach except for building 7. Building 7 is the noisy party building and the rest is over a 1/4 walk to most food. Check in is over 1/2 mile from the room we had! AVOID this place.

The Riu Santa Fe is in a great location, the beach access and multiple pools are perfect! The food and drinks are awesome, and the service is exceptional. I recommend this place ! the only thing about cabo is taxi gets expensive ! But Riu made up for it

Everything was great. Very clean. Lots of food choices. Excellent staff.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and the quality has gone down hill. The showers were cold, the water pressure was terrible, the beds were hard and hotel staff turned off the thermostat so your room was always very cold at night. There were no TV channels with English speaking programming, and the fuse blew in my room twice. There is always a fun crowd but the drinks are very weak and they do not do well at protecting the food from the elements

Definitely a horrible experience, where do we start. AVOID AT ALL COST. Smells like a sewer, food is horrible, comfort is horrible, bed bugs everywhere!

Terrible food. And there were a ton of bugs and ants in our room the whole time. Wouldn’t go back.

From the staff to the resort it was an enjoyable time. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The resort has a beautiful infinity pool. food was ok, our room has horrible, it had a horrible smell (humidity), it was infested with mosquitos and noise on the hallway echoed into the room.

Outdated rooms ,horrible bathrooms, flies in restaurants and I mean hundreds of flies walking all over food drunks falling all around you ,only one building with elevator ,the spa looks like it was from the fifties, the weight room worst ever ,the staff was good considering they have outdated equipment .the furniture was broken everywhere .you need a ladder to get into the tubs, I don't know what handicap people do to take a bath, really old the only good thing was the pools and the recreation staff and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with children and I old not give it four stars maybe one star and that is was cheap ,so if you like to drink all day and don't care about flies in your food go there!!!! and most all it should be given two stars and that's pushing it

Good experience. Look forward to going back next year.
