It was well kept and the staff was friendly and responsive!
The food was ok, nothing to write home about. The main pool needs some renovation, majority of the buildings dont have an elevator and long walks to most part of the property. The staff are super nice and friendly
Great week spent with my kids. Food is not all that (buffet style) but besides that it’s a fun place! Clean and staff is nice.
I WOULD NOT recommend staying here. The food is absolutely disgusting. Not one place we ate at was edible. The steakhouse always had about a 2 hour wait for 2 people. The staff is friendly. The rooms were not clean at all and very very outdated. Transportation to and from the airport will run you about $150 which should be included. Overall we were very very disappointed with our stay.
Friendly staffs Variety foods Great view Love this Hotel
Pool parties and clubs. Very fun. The food is absolutely trash. Also after day three I noticed that my bed had not been fully changed since I arrived. Found long blonde hairs when I pulled the sheets back fully (I usually only sleep on top of the covers)

Great staff
The fact thst there are no elevators in the buildings. The staff didnt really explain how the light in the room have a master switch that u have to turn on to get the lights on .just a different vibe from the Palace.
Our room was super clean.
We loved it so much during our first 11 day trip that we went back for another 10 days three months later. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and everyone is working to make sure you have a wonderful time. We love hanging out by the pool under the palapas. Can’t wait to go back.
Rooms needs updating
the grounds were wonderful and all the events the worst part was the covid test and info on how to get results and how to fix issues.
The property was in a good location for as distance to our excursions. It's kid friendly. The front desk could be more friendlier but all the other staff were great. The food was good just not hot. The snack area for tacos was always hot and good. The property is beautiful. The resort isn't new it doesn't have elevators. That wasn't a problem for me but could be for others. All inclusive was a hit!!! I would recommend this property.
For the most part, this is a great resort. Taking into consideration I stayed with my family (my mom, two brothers, my brother-in-law and two teenagers) this is a very good and convenient resort. It is located fairly close to the downtown area and access to it is very easy by any type of transportation. Lots of transport options: Uber (outside resort) private at ok prices and local bus (about $1 to and from the airport). Accommodations were fantastic, an we did not have any issues with it. There is plenty of security in the hotel, an we felt safe and secure the entire time. Dining options are available during the entire time and all the way up to 10:30 PM. We thought the food was overall very good. Now, it is important to understand that dining options are operated under the Buffet option. Still, in every restaurant, there were numerous different options to choose from. There is plenty of entertainment for adults and kids and a lot of safety and security in the water parks. Drinks were amazing and they have a long array of options available from beer up to whiskey. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. There are always activities at night. Not too many drunk people in spite of peak of Spring Break. Hotel will stop all activities at around 10 PM for the guests' convenience. Still, there are always annoying drunk people to deal with when booze is overflowing the environment. But we did not have any issues whatsoever.
Great place.
It is fun place for everyone, young and old. Staff is good.
We had a great time !
Most staff members were attentive and friendly. The food could have been better & definitely needed more food options.
The resort is nice for the $$. Drinks were good, but food was lacking. We really enjoyed the pools and beach area. Not the nicest respite I have stayed at, but I would go back.
