Fell in Love with Riu Santa Fe this hotel is beyond beautiful all the amenities pools, bars and its own nightclub water park you name it the buffets amazing food. Enamored to say the least already planning my next trip here

Room was clean but had mold all over the room. ( blinds, shower, bathroom). Fan didn’t work in bedroom. Was told our bags would get delivered to our room after checking in and never recieved bags had to go get them. Resort was not advertised as only 3 restraints being sit down. Everything else is Buffett and more than 1 of the same thing. Food was very average. The sports bar is great 24/7 but the food in the sports bar is not even edible to eat. Very very disappointed in this resort and will not return!

Awesome resort, updated modern rooms, super clean all the way around! Good food options, very much a party atmosphere, but if you’re looking for calm and quiet there are numerous pools to choose from. I traveled solo and had an awesome time.

First night my power/electricity went out. I called the front desk and every time I would call to get this fixed it was a 45 to 1 hour wait. They switched my room because I kept insisting when they finally agreed they said that if I chose to move that same night, I was stuck with that room for the rest of my stay. Then at the next room The mini bar fridge wasn’t working then the safe stopped working I called reception again and they made me wait four hours before my safe was able to be open. I couldn’t leave my room the first two days due to poor amenities because once I called the front desk, they had to dispatch someone for maintenance to come and I had to be present. I called a total of four or five times and each time it was a 45 to 1 hour wait. The manager I spoke to her name was Ashley She was super rude. The staff at the front desk are very rude. I called to inform about the laundry service and they were supposed to send a form that I needed up to my room so that I can get my laundry done and they never sent the form they called the day before I was going to leave to ask if I still needed the form overall the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel overall will be a 7.5 for me, our room was full of ants we had to call staff twice because our beds were full of ants. The staff were very friendly
