We enailed before check in to see about an early check in with baby for a nap, we got an early check in but spent 30 mins while someone tried to sell us things to their sister hotel and wouldnt take no for an answer. Found this really annoying and even the next day they kep asking. Rooms were dated and a bit cramped with too much furniture but the staff were friendly. List was awful, closed after 2 seconds when you were half way in so after a few days we were covered in bruises off being jammed in the doors. Good location but i wouldnt stay again.

Great location right on the marina. All inclusive option is a must with access to restaurants, a very cool option opposed to just having buffets and eating the same thing every day. The restaurants were excellent right on the marina, the food choices were outstanding from steakhouse, Mexican, breakfast, seafood and Italian! Been traveling to Cabo for 15yrs this was my 1st time not staying beach front but the marina view and access was worth the change of pace. Fiesta Marina is quiet and a great bang for your buck, a must stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Leonel, one of the porters at the front driveway. They gave great information of the local area, how to get around the hotel, and always was greeted with a smile throughout my stay. The hotel shows age but is still being well maintained. The room was large, there are stairwells and also working elevators that respond quickly. The waitstaff on property were attentive and friendly. I did not choose the all inclusive option; for just a hotel stay in the marina this was a solid choice.

I want to be clear that we were 100 percent satisfied with the bartenders, servers, concierge, parking attendants, and front desk staff at the Fiesta Marina resort in Cabo San Lucas. Our 3-star review is based on the amount of time taken (over 5 hours!) for our 'free breakfast' and the associated 'fractional ownership' hard sell presentation. During five hours of hard sell, we clearly declared our lack of interest in signing a fractional ownership contract. This took far too much of our vacation time, and the number of hours we would be required to sit there before declining should have been clearly stated up front. After it was clear we weren't interested, the salesmen who had spent five hours working on us abruptly left the breakfast table without even saying thanks or goodbye. Overall, this waste of time and disrespect tarnished the resort's image. If we return, we will not be accepting any 'free' offers.
