We stay for 5 days at the resort .. my kids love the water park .. the food was ok

I love everything. the oven pizza, the pool, the nice staff. The shows were great

Good all inclusive hotel but need to have more people who can speak & understand English.Booked city tour from them ,tour was good but the restaurant we went to eat food was way terrible.They had non English speaking staff who could barely understand what we were saying.Served me Corona without slice of lemon .Served me steak tacos with no sauce and no condiments along with me .To be honest ,the tacos what we get her are way better .

What I liked: The staff was 100% freindly and amiable. They work hard and it shows. If it was not for the staff, the hotel would be nothing. What I did not like: The FOOD! It was bland, and with out taste. We had to eat out several nights because the food was just no good. Also, there was limited parking that we were never told about. One night we came back from our own drive around the plaza and the security non nonchalantly mis informed me to park across the street in the YELLOW curb which would have got me cited. I had to get front desk out who was very nice and apologetic and did offer a semi decent soultiion but, it was something that they should advise their guest, especially since it is something that has happened many times before according to the front desk lady who attended us.

Restaurants Marco Polo and Ponchos were pretty good. Yhe buffet was good and had a large variety to choodw from. The property was a bit dated inside but the outside was still modern and very attractive. The view was amazing! The hitel is exacty what you see in the advertisement.

We requested two double beds and were told there was only a king room. Then we were told we could have two double beds if we paid 15.00 more per night. This seemed somewhat deceiving. First there were NO rooms then it was there were rooms but we had to pay.

Even though it was a short trip, we enjoyed the hotel. It was beautiful and peaceful. There was plenty to do, plenty to eat and drink. The staff were amazingly friendly! It's definitely a kid friendly place. We will be back with our children soon!

Beautiful location. Pool área perfect. Food selection and taste was supurb especially Pancho's. Easy check out.

The rooms are pretty basic, but clean. We enjoyed the amenities they had. The pool was nice and the staff were very accommodating and the drinks were great. Didn’t see any shows because we walked around town in the evenings or we were in the beach. We would stay again and bring the kids because they have a small water park and playground and activity center for the younger kids.
