shutting down the air-condition the whole night during summer was a very poor decision, it was a very painful night specially for small children. maintenance like this should had been done during cooler months like December to February.
Property and room was clean . Staff was very friendly. Biggest complaint is lack of lunch options , with the restaurants closed you get hamburgers and hotdogs or pizza. Main pool gets very busy so we used the adults only . Property needs more nightlife options for adults . Marco Polo has the best dinner onsite .
loved the freshness of the food prepared daily. Staff was incredible. Very clean and well maintained. Nice pools.

Hotel staff was rude and not helpful, was a late check in and a dirty room. Also the room was infested with roaches and spiders. When confronted with the pictures and evidence the so called supervisor advised us the we needed to stay there because they didn’t have any more clean rooms. Both rooms that I purchased were dirty and one of them didn’t have A/C. I was extremely upset. Will never stay in the Resort Ever Again. Bad experience and even worst workers and representatives.

Airport shuttle service should be provided for all guess, not just members. Shuttle service should be provided to a swimmable beach Plumbing services to make sure no brown water coming out. Otherwise... great.
We absolutely loved staying at this resort. It was our first time here, but it definitely won’t be our last. The staff was the friendliest, most attentive staff I have ever encountered. I hope they are paid well, because they truly made my experience amazing. The resort felt safe, it was always clean & it was kid friendly.
Staff is exceptional.
The food was terrible, you couldn’t make reservations for the restaurants after 3pm. No told us that. The staff was very rude, they act like they didn’t want to help you. The liquor was terrible, no champagne unless you was a member, what is that ?! We waited in lobby for like 3 hours to check in only for them to give away our rooms. It was overall horrible experience!
People, food, location, amenities
The hotel was nice and clean. Very kid friendly and great for families. By 9pm, the resort is pretty quiet. The staff was also really kind and helpful. Overall, the food was okay. I think the best thing they had was the pizza bar and the late night taco snack bar. Both were staffed with excellent and kind chefs! Restaurants weren't that great and the sushi, I would not recommend. Entertainment wise it was excellent. Great team throughout the day to keep the kids entertained and a great show at night for the family. I would recommend this place for families with young kids!

This is not a 4-star property, let's start with that. I would say maybe 2-3 stars. Pros: - Staff awesome - Drinks lovely - Pools very nice, and clean, lots of loungers, towels are nice - Snack options were tasty - Buffet food was decent - Beach incredible Cons: - Food in restaurants was terrible, everything was pre-cooked, and came out within seconds - Very dated, needs some interior love - room was clean, but the bed was hard, like extra firm, the pillows were nice - If you are checking out later, they have lockers for you to hold your items in and a shower/change room area to freshen up before you go. However, was very dark in that area. Honestly, my biggest quarl was the food, especially staying at an all-inclusive where that cost/easiness is worked in for a guest. Also, you have to book a reservation using their app, there are limited spots, even though all restaurants I went to have about 30 open tables at any time. I can only assume this is in place to manage the flow of people and being short-staffed. Needless to say, I don't think I would return due to the food quality. If they fixed that, I would go back,
