This is our fifth year, coming to this hotel and when I informed the staff they could care less. Our friends who joined us had never been to the hotel before and they were upgraded. I’m not sure why we were overlooked. The air conditioning in the room, made a very clinking sound, which woke us up throughout the night. I informed the staff, but nobody ever came to service the machine. The door mechanism was faulty And inconsistent, which made it difficult to consistently. Enter the room, which was frustrating. There was also a mosquito problem. We have never encountered these issues before which leads me to believe that the hotel is not being paid attention to as well as it should. The beach area was often dirty in the morning. Like nobody cleaned it up from the day before. They ran out of towels consistently. We absolutely love this hotel, and I’m sure we will return, but the staff should know that some basics are being overlooked.

This is a beautiful property with several different poolside/beachside sections to camp out and relax. It's quiet and peaceful and all areas are very clean. Javier's is also great.

It was the off season so there weren’t many guests. Room was a junior suite. Had everything I needed except a toaster. Staff came every day to change linens and tidy up. I thought that was excessive. Problem at the pool. Had to wait 30 minutes for a towel. Somebody else told me they had to wait an hour for a towel. Convenient laundry facilities. Did not think the food was that great in the restaurants except the coffee shop had excellent ice cream. I had a tuna sandwich the bread was stale. Had a cheeseburger from room service. Excellent meat. Cooked well. Bun was too large. I just ate the meat.

We recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience for our group of four—two adults and two little ones (ages 2 and 3). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean the property was and how welcoming both the guests and staff were. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. The water park was such a fun bonus for the kids. Even though we spent most of our time exploring outside the resort, we made it a point to take the little ones to the water park in the mornings before heading out on evening excursions. They absolutely loved it! One unexpected highlight was Javier’s. It wasn’t originally on our list of places to try, but after seeing the menu we decided to give it a chance—and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and definitely worth recommending. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This resort truly deserves a 10 out of 10, and we would gladly recommend it to friends and family planning a trip to Cabo.
