Staff was mostly wonderful, food entertainment and drinks were average or below.
Everything was going well soon I arrived to the hotel we enjoyed the first days. But Unfortunately the general Manager Raimundo doesn’t know about human rights and ruine my vacations with his attitude and with any agnolage how to talk with his customers. I paid all inclusive for me, my partner and my son. My son is autistic and have food sensory disorder since first day I accommodate him with the chef to do the only the food he eats which is a pure, i gave him the list of the vegetables to put together and blended and he prepared for my son everyday, sometimes once sometimes twice a day. Unfortunately my son doesn't want to eat at the restaurant so I had to take the bowl with me to feeding him inside the room. And I always compensated the gesture of the chef and staff, always. But unfortunately Raimundo the Gerente (manager) had a bad move he start arguing that i cannot take the food for my son to the room its agains to the rules and i told him my son is autistic I'm doing this every day and the staff always allow me and he said. Doesn’t matter this time you can take but not anymore. I just told him my son is autist and he didn’t care or even accommodate a special needs child. This is not acceptable, where is the human rights.
We loved our view. we had a front beach room. It was great having an all inclusive. At the time that we went the hotel was not crowed and the weather was good. The beach is very clean, we felt save. The hotel was always clean too.
Staff was really nice. Felt bad you can tell they are short staffed. Dis de los muertos show was beautiful and the property is nice but Food is below average we couldn’t get any reservations for dinner the 2 nights we were there. Only ate at buffet which food was out for a while soggy, cold and flavorless.
The first room was musty .They got us another room and it was fine AC. Had cold water for shower. The food was good at Hotel but the Sushi restaurant and Italian Restaurant were not good.
The room was clean, staff were friendly, balcony was ok, outdoors pools excellent!

Staff was terrific as normal. Special shout out to Yoatzin-Bell Desk, Irene-Pool Restaurant Server and the 2 Marifer's-Concierge Desk as they took care of my fishing group and got compliments from all.
On the flip side, the hotel needs to replace the ice machines as none were working, also only a couple of elevators were working and the beach restaurant was closed which was a bummer as the tower sushi restaurant was only open on Fridays which left limited choices for dining. Lastly, the hotel needs to invest in a full size freezer where us fishermen can store our catch during our stay or enable the staff to store our catch in one of the larger restaurant freezers. Wifi was spotty which needs to get fixed. They are remodeling a lot of the public areas which is great but still have a lot of work to do. We still love this hotel.

i was stayed as a single. when I checked in, i was told that I did not need evening dining reservations (as a single and very low occupancy due to time of year (september)). On my last night of 8, i was refused a table at the resort restaurant because i didn't have a reservation ... I didn't have one the previous 4 nights (i went out off the resort for a few).
In addition, on checkout day, my airport transportation was picking me up at 11:45am. check out is 11 am, i asked for a 11:30am check out ... and was refused. This is the first time i have ever been refused a late checkout ... what a joke.
