We arrived our rooms were not what we booked we needed 2 queen beds we had a big family teenagers who needed bed not roll away beds ! Also we where charged for gift shop teams after using Apple Pay so double charged , we had know power fist night, no running water ! Never compensated in any . way. The manager lady was very rude in the buffet don’t want to even repeat how she talked to me like I was a child ! Not rude once but twice! The food at the restaurants was good the resort staff was also good the entertainment can be improved! Just buffet lady manager was bad !

We had call each day for water and snack bar refills. Very poor. Volleyball game with uneven ground, letting small kids who did not know how to play and only one match. Very poor in this and becuase of this i will not come again to this resort.

Spotless room. Staff was excellent especially the waiters Alma, Alessandro at the pool and the VERY BEST waiter at breakfast Yovani!!! The complaints: Took a while to get hot water to the room. Packets of coffee not included in the room after the first day. Having to go thru concierge for dinner reservations then having them push the property tours.

During our one-week stay, everything was comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and kept our room clean every day. Among the hotels in Los Cabos, I think this one is the best. The pool was amazing, and ordering food was very easy and tasty. I would love to come back again — highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Our suite had a nice view towards the ocean. The staff are very professional. The outdoor pools are great, from the kids pool to the infinity pool and of course the lazy river (our favorite). The beach view from the pool area is expansive. During our visit the hotel wasn't at capacity so easy access to pool chairs. We did not choose the all-inclusive plan at $150 PP/day. The meals are expensive and if you drink very much (we don't) it is probably a good idea. It was easy to spend $75-80/pp for dinner, and $50/pp for breakfast. The alocholic drinks were okay.
