Spent 9 days in March with family. Had a great time. Participated in lots of activities. Aqua Aerobics were great with Urías and Vanessa. They were the best entertainment staff. Very friendly, cordial, attentive with guest and would help you with anything you needed. The bartenders at the family pool were top notch. View from the infinity pool to the beach was excellent. It was very relaxing. We even saw whales a couple days from the pool.

This place was extremely disappointing. The adult pool was turning green and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the sewer pump was broken, so the entire pool area smelled like sewage. The sink and shower water in our room also had a sewage smell. We arrived at 4:30 PM to check in, even though check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM, and were told our room was not ready. Staff suggested we eat while we waited, but the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM and refused to seat us, leaving us stuck with no room and no food. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels, the safe did not work, and although there was an ironing board, there was no iron. One day our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to call just to get towels. The property itself looks dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are very old-looking, and the walls are so thin that we were woken up daily by noise from neighboring rooms. While the price is cheap, I would much rather pay more for a cleaner, better-maintained place. I wouldn't even consider this a resort -- it feels more like a run-down hotel. I would not recommend staying here. Brissa and Gabriel were VERY helpful and friendly! If you go here, go see them.

The view from our room was beautiful and the room was clean. Some staff were helpful but not pushy. Edwardo and jonny at the front were great. The bartender ( at the lobby bar) i believe his name was Sero? was excellent.

The room we had was the Pamilla Suite and it was fine, however the drinks are weak, watched the bartender make a few without any alcohol at all and had to ask for alcohol to be added to almost all drinks. The food is on the verge of poor. very limited menu and the exact same thing multiple days. there are only a few beach chairs and not nearly enough pool chairs. The adult pool is better and the bartender at the swim up bar is much better. Snack bar food is ok but gets busy and the waits can be long. Coffee shop could stand to be open earlier. there is no options until 6am and usually 6:15am before they get going.

We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately there was no hot water and no chairs, loungers or palapas on the beach. A lot of times no supplies, only 2/8 drinks could be made most days. Missing coconut supplies or other things for drinks. Very few options, seemed to not have any supplies on hand.

This hotel is pretty nice! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and overall helpful with any requests made. The food was pretty good too. We went during Christmas and the hotel put on an amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. The family pool was often crowded but that’s to be expected however, the adults only pool was true to the expectation. The pool was a bit dirty but that was overlooked by due to the amazing staff and bartenders. Located right on the beach, this is a really good getaway for solos and family alike!

Extremely disappointing stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. Pre-arrival request for a baby crib for our 2-year-old was ignored; none provided upon arrival. Staff had very poor English and gave conflicting, misleading information, leaving us constantly confused. Restaurant reservations were unclear until the last day, requiring us to locate a hidden Expedia desk. Claimed “complimentary upgrade” was misleading; room type and view did not match what we booked. Basic services (housekeeping, hair dryer, bottled water) required repeated requests. Not recommended. Families beware.
