It's a beautiful hotel however service wasn't good. My room was awsome it was swimout room so all credit goes to the room but service,food,buffett horrible. In the morning you had to line up for buffet, then inside sitting no A/C no fan,super hot,humid & uncomfortable. Food was very very limited like ridiculously limited, most trays were empty. I have been to many all inclusive hotels in Mexico but this one was the most expensive and cheapest service ever experienced. Even though was all inclusive package if you wanted to have your food in your room ,they would charge you $5 per order!!??so i was willing to pay that extra $5 to avoid horrible buffet's line and the heat. They had i believe 5 restaurants which if you would go after 8.30pm eventhough they were saying you don't need reservations but was long waiting list to get in ,so after 8.30pm we were told sorry we are full, you had to go back again to that stinky buffett with that horrible foods. So as far as food and service it was horrible for all that money they charged.Some servents were very nice and some ok most of them weren't professional and limited communication skills. So i won't go back and wouldn't recommend this place.

Went there for a week with my family, and the service was bad most of the times. The bartenders were rude to most of my family when we asked a question, the waiters in the buffet or restaurants would dissappear and never come back. When we had our room cleaned they would take the dirty towels and leave none, we had to call to request clean towels at 10pm because they couldn't bring any and it took 3 tries for them to finally bring towels. We tried doing our family reunion there for a big large party but we weren't able to because it was hard to get in contact with the manager or whoever was in charge. If I had to go back to Los Cabos I would not stay here again, it made me dread the whole stay and want to leave since the first day I arrived.

Upon arrival, took HOURS to check in, which was fine because we were a bit early, so we patiently waited for about 2-3 hours. Next comes the tours they bombard you with. If I want an excusion, Ill come to you. They hound you, and offer this half off price ONLY if you watch a 2 hour time share presentation. We said no, we'll pay full price. That was still an issue and we were hounded to watch the time share. Also, all the tours prices seem to be "negotiable", so don't fall trap to that. Next came some food when we were hungry and hit up the buffet. The food here is not great. We're used to our normal resort with amazing food and this lacked luster. The restaurants are a little better. The drinks are all watered down. Our hotel room had nothing stocked in the mini fridge. Zero drinks. Took us a whole day to get it stocked. Our room was leaking water from the AC the entire time we were there so we had chinese water torture dripping for 6 days. I will say the staff is lovely. Very friendly. No problems there. But we wont be coming back simply due to the property and lack of activities. There's simply nothing to do. The hotel is a bit run down. Save your money amd go somewhere else.

This place is deteriorating. We were there 2 years ago & liked it. Not this time. The pools are dirty, masks everywhere on the ground. Mold in the cracks of the pool bar cups. Broken things in the room…safe didn’t work, toilet seat came off the toilet, mold on shower curtain, in the grout in the shower, etc. We were on our way to check out & find a new hotel & they upgraded us to a room with swim up pool. We decided to stay & use our own cups for drinks (outside of the restaurants). Dinner food is decent. Hibachi grill was fun. Won’t be back though.

ill start with the good. This location the the best. the spa is very good. Bad: but the room was not clean at all. The food was in a small quantity per a meal. internet was bad. and every one is trying to sell you something.

The front desk employees were not friendly at all nor welcoming (bad attitude).Over charging to add a third person to the room reservation. Employees were not helpful at all. Arrived to the room and only one towel was in the bathroom for 3 people to share, unacceptable. Constantly calling the front desk requesting clean towels, paper toilet and calling for the room to be cleaned. Waitress at the restaurants forgetting our entire food order, waited 2 hrs and our order never arrived. Overall not a great experience at all. Rating the hotel a 3/10.

Check in was an extremely long process and once checked in we still did not receive all items we we’re supposed to get .On returning to the check in desk to get those items the line was always to long to speak to any one .So I say give your self one extra day on your trip just for checking in .But other then that it is a great Resort .I would definitely return

Enjoyed my stay, service was great, facility was clean. Only thing I would change is the water in the pool was FREEZING… we paid to have the swim out pool, but could hardly utilize it because the water was not tolerable… felt like could’ve saved my money on that

Food was very poor. One of 5 restaurants open each day. Spent two days asking for a water bottle. Was advertised as restocked daily. Never got a water bottle.

Pablo and Manuel were the only ones that saved our trip. Nothing like having someone throwing up next to you at the pool and diapers being changed to ruin a good time. Thankfully, Pablo told us about the cabanas that we could rent on the beach, and that was heavenly.

We weren’t sure what to expect and we loved it!!! The Spa was amazing! Rosario was absolutely perfect!

We booked this resort for our one week stay and found many issues. I have been to mexico multiple times and stayed in resorts before and never had these issues. So this is what we have experienced. Check in: horribly slow process for checking in. when we got there we had 2 customers in front of us and we waited lose to an hr for our turn. I'm glad this staff isn't working in Los Vegas hotels. finally we go the room keys and went straight to the lobby bar. we didn't even had a drink yet, then all the sudden staff came and told us that our room is changed. Room Service: 3 guest checked in, Always received two towels and had to call in multiple times to get more bath towels, face towels. towels had holes and towel edges worn. have pics. Fridge in the room had few water, pop bottles and 4 beer cans. on our third day we had to start asking for more water bottles. we didn't finish beer but we asked for water each time. one small/tiny shampoo/conditioner bottle. no body wash, we end up buying our own. not going to talk about the looks of the tile work around the tub. kitchen sink have fruit flies like crazy, faucet spout i pulled it out to rinse the sink but then couldn't get the spunt back into the faucet. Bed sheets: two days in and found that some sort of pizza sauce or someone may have vomited on the comforter but cleaning staff didn't clean the comforter, instead covered it with the cover. Anyways we made the complaint and left the dirty side up and also left a tip on the

Went there for a week with my family, and the service was bad most of the times. The bartenders were rude to most of my family when we asked a question, the waiters in the buffet or restaurants would dissappear and never come back. There were some problems in some lines of the air conditioner so it was serviced and this may have caused disturbances in your room due to this maintenance.
