This place was extremely disappointing. The adult pool was turning green and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the sewer pump was broken, so the entire pool area smelled like sewage. The sink and shower water in our room also had a sewage smell.
We arrived at 4:30 PM to check in, even though check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM, and were told our room was not ready. Staff suggested we eat while we waited, but the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM and refused to seat us, leaving us stuck with no room and no food.
When we finally got to the room, there were no towels, the safe did not work, and although there was an ironing board, there was no iron. One day our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to call just to get towels.
The property itself looks dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are very old-looking, and the walls are so thin that we were woken up daily by noise from neighboring rooms. While the price is cheap, I would much rather pay more for a cleaner, better-maintained place.
I wouldn't even consider this a resort -- it feels more like a run-down hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
