All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Waiters and waitress are very friendly and well mannered.

Fantastic beach, very good food selections, friendly staff. Some staff noise in the hallways early morning and they often forgot to replace my in-room coffee!

When we arrived to the resort we were told we needed to go to a hotel down the road because the resort was overbooked and they had no room available for us. We booked this resort in advance and had our confirmation that we were booked. We were told they would pay for the taxi to bring us back and forth to the resort and we could have a free 25 minute massage for our inconvenience. I explained with having fibromyalgia a massage is the last thing I want to do...I would be in pain the rest of my vacation. The hotel we stayed at was the Hyatt Place which is not on the ocean nor a resort. We were told to come back the next morning for our room only to find out we still had no room until around 3:00. So another day with no room and our luggage in their storage. This was our 6th visit to Cabo and our first bad experience ever. I chose this resort because it was next door to the Hyatt Ziva where we stayed before and loved it. I will never book another stay at this resort. There were several other people that was sent to the Hyatt Place as well but there were also people who checked in while we were being sent out. Still have not figured that out????

Staff were friendly. Good food served daily. Comfortable roo. & bed to sleep on

Loved the buffet and the majority of the staff was very nice. The view is amazing, and the performers for the night shows are great. The pool activities are fun too. The Luna restaurant can definitely improve their menu. The pool closes super early (8pm?) and bars close early as well (10pm). The rooms are also a little dusty. Our shower had lukewarm water our entire stay, the front desk gave excuses about the boilers and offered for us to move buildings, but never got back to us.

We have been there a few times starting 6 years ago. It has changed a lot. Food selection and quality has gone down. “Exclusive plus” has taken away some things that used to be available, as well as some other minor changes WE found not for the better. We will probably explore some other facilities our next visit.

All workers were extremely courteous and helpful. Internet was not good but we were on vacation! Eduardo at the front desk was awesome! Helpful and had a great sense of humor. Also kudos to Carlos...Cruz and Miguel.

i didn like the fact i had to wait 6 hrs to get my room and i was not even the room i booked and pay extra for it , i would said manager did try his best to make up but it was out his hands

It is Not an adults only all-inclusive property. There are kids everywhere. This is false advertising. Second, why does wine taste like it's mixed with water? This is despicable! They are horrible with giving bottled water. A staff member suggested that I bring empty bottled plastic bottle and they will refill it. Who says stuff like this? I have been to Cabo before and never had this happen. The fridge was always full of water and beer unlike this all-inclusive place. A huge cockroach in the closet does not help. If anyone wants evidence, we took pictures. It was not a pleasant vacation by any means, but we made the best of what we could do because we refuse to let Hotel Royale Decameron ruin our vacation!

The food was the only good thing about that hotel

The hotel is nice , but what sets it apart is the hotel staff there all amazing from front desk to bartender to housekeeping A+

It would be better if it had more entertainment. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Our stay was wonderful. It's smaller hotel with the same great amenities as a larger hotel but quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again.

Great resort with great food. Staff is very nice. Resort grounds are very nice .

Nice small hotel, not crowded. Will have to pay upgrade fee to use all of the facilities, which was not represented on their web page
