I recently stayed at the Courtyard at Multiplaza and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the hotel has the undeniable advantage of being directly connected to the upscale Multiplaza mall—which offers great shopping and dining options—the positives largely stop there. The air quality in the room was noticeably poor, with a musty, stale scent that made the space feel anything but fresh. Worse still was the state of the bedding: one of the beds had sheets so wrinkled it was obvious they had been used before—not exactly the standard you’d expect from a Marriott-branded property. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with limited options and uninspired flavor. The coffee, in particular, was ghastly—bitter, burnt, and undrinkable. Honestly, next time I might just skip breakfast entirely. I had considered booking a massage during my stay, but the prices were outrageously high, which quickly put an end to that plan. All in all, if you’re looking for a convenient place to crash after shopping at Multiplaza, this hotel might work. But if you’re expecting comfort, cleanliness, and quality service, you’ll likely be disappointed.
