The staff was wonderful - the facilities were great - and the restaurant was terrific - especially the breakfast buffet. Very nice pool and health club. Well situated to upscale shopping. A great hotel.

Overpriced, poor view from room. Staff perfunctory.
Really loved the attention received, the handsome dark guy at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us, because of his attention we are returning to the same hotel today.
Oct 21 - Oct 22
the staff is deficient at least, and for a boutique hotel is very deficient in general, don´t have room service. and the restaurant close at 8:30 pm.
Likes: Pools, activities, friendly staff. Dislikes: slow service (towels; water for fitness center). Overall, property is nice but needs some "polishing up" in terms of simple painting, caulking, light fixtures, scuffs on walls.
Nov 19 - Nov 20
Great views, beautiful rooms, nice welcome package, great staff, very clean, lots of on site food options.
Nov 1 - Nov 2
The elevators are showing their ages. Cards often didn't register until after numerous tries and some floors' buttons are missing on one side of the car.
