Suhail Concierge + Gent at ommelette statiin were excellent. Front Desk staff was rude, arrogant, not a care at anytime, from check in that we waited for 2.5 hours in line. Check out was the worst ever with the Agent Yatzuani and the Supervisor Evelin, they need a Customer Servicr Training ASAP, the Supervisor comes on shift while we had a challenge from 6AM at check out, not even good morning, report will follow!

Hotel was unsafe the staff stole money from our room and we was told she didn’t show up to work next day but they didn’t solve the situation. We checked out earlier and was still not refunded . My worst experience staying at this hotel . The breakfast is limit , they are slow & not attentive
