Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Surprise Upgrade I had made two separate reservations—one for a suite and another for a regular room—due to an unexpected extension of my trip. To my surprise, the reception manager, a truly kind and professional lady, upgraded my standard room to a suite for the additional day. I didn’t even request anything she just made it happen! From the moment I arrived, the guest service was absolutely impeccable. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, attentive, and effortless.
