Everyone was polite and helpful, including the driver of the bus to the airport. He did everything he could to get everyone on board, and when we saw that we had not gotten off the bus at the right terminal, he went around the airport again so that we didn’t have to do too much walking.

I thought the staff was genuinely a wonderful group of people who were very attentive and helped as much as asked to. The only negative was the lack of fridge and microwave. Although after letting know I would like a fridge they searched the property and found us one. Truly amazing folks. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Good for a night before continuing on. Restaurant at hotel is super convenient and room service is fast. Came 2.5 hours after check in time and was told they didn’t have a room number yet from the cleaning ladies. Shuttle is convenient to airport but runs on hourly service. If you arrive at airport at a particular time you may have to wait a whole hour to get to hotel which is 5 minutes away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful including the shuttle driver. Bathroom could do with a little updating but the room was spacious and clean. My family and I only stayed for one night so we didn’t get to use the pool and other amenities but we would definitely return.
