We enjoy staying at the Crowne because it’s close to the airport. This time we noticed that our room wasn’t very clean. Hair in the bathroom and it might be time to paint and freshen up the rooms.

Hotel tried to over charge the total price quoted by you. We disagreed and didn’t accept their higher prices and requested them to honor the reservation with Orbitz. They did NOT abd they canceled our reservation. As a result we had to rebook a new reservation. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

The staff at the Crowne are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They have made my quick transit stay very lovely! The room is large and quite clean and the outdoor pool is much lovlier than the website photos even.

The cutting of corners is abundant with this property. No pens or small pad of paper in the desk. Art absent from the wall. Furniture was cheap. Pay extra for everything at grossly inflated prices. Just disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
