The work staff of the front desk and customer service, they have very bad attention, I do not recommend this hotel. The cleaning staff does not clean well, they also break things and do not report it, I had 2, rented rooms and in both the cleaning staff broke things that they did not report to be fixed and I did not call either because with the knowledge of the bad attention they have it was better not to waste time and continue like this, that's why I do not recommend staying in this hotel, eye never in my history and felt the need to do a review but this one had to do it.

We really loved the suite and the floor we were on. The views were amazing. Breakfast was top tier and we appreciated that it came with our stay. Service was a little slow but it came nonetheless. Check in and out was seamless. I’ll definitely stay at this property again.

The room was nice and had a great view, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff was friendly, pool was great. The only drawback was that there was a sign in the bathroom that said the water was not potable. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The hotel is in a prime location in the financial district, just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation which made exploring the city convenient.
