The breakfast buffet was huge. Lots of options. The hotel rooms need updating. The room has a frosted glass wall which meant the whole room would light up if you has the light on in the bathroom. The AC didn’t cool as much as we would have liked. Both the hallway and room felt damp and humid. Carpet needed a good cleaning.

Ideal location

Location is ideal and customer service is great. The only issue I had was the smell on the 17th floor. It smelled like mildew in the hall and in my room. Like the carpets need to be cleaned in the hall and in the room. Along with the curtains. I also had to keep asking for them to leave a wash cloth in my room until the day I was leaving.

The property was a very well kept place. The restaurants were good especially the sushi bar Club 50! The staff was very nice and helpful. My room was nice and clean! I felt very safe at the establishment.
