The rooms were great with all the amenities you need and great views. It is well situated with lots of conveniences within walking distance. The staff are all pleasant and helpful and all the front office staff were able to speak English, which helped me considerably.

Clean hotel in the city of Panama with beautiful panoramic views. The staff were friendly and accommodating with any needs. The hotel also offers a variety of different breakfast options each day. However, there was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom sink drain early in the mornings & I really wish the room had a microwave.

Amazing views from the Bay side rooms. The property isn't the newest, but the room was quite adequate for my short stay. It's a very busy hotel in a busy area. Breakfast contained a very wide variety of items and they were lovely enough to pack to-go breakfast boxes for me when we checked out at 6 a.m. for our flight.
