The food trays left on the floors outside the room needs to picked up and returned to the kitchen for proper cleaning, leaving on the floors leading to rodents. Also the wahers and dryer need to be repaired ,the laundry room should be cleaned. After three-days know one showed or check for cleaning.

spectacular views, service, design, breakfast. We would have liked to have known about the steps and being two women 60+, and. to have had a service to carry our luggage. We were unable to take it. You should offer the baggage and smiles when booking!
