A very nice hotel on the banks of the Pacific entrance to the canal...amenities as advertised, especially liked the little sandwich/snack shop open 24/7 for its convenience...only regret is that the rest of Amador isn’t maintained as well as this property...well worth the stay.

a resort hotel for vacation.Close to many sports club. good for vacation.

Room had excellent view of the Panama Canal, as promised. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm. On-site TGIFridays was an easy stop for food after all-day events.

Having grown up there as a TWEEN/TEEN & my 1st time back after 47 years, I WAS TRULY EXCITED TO BE BACK! The ONLY real complaint I have is ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER during our check-in. At 1st, I thought him rude, but chalked it up to his 'nature'. His character was fine. OVERALL, WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, EXCELLENT! Hats off to the doorman & deli staff! Anthony Brown

Staff was super kind and helpful. Beautiful view, lovely pool. This hotel was our first and last stop in Panama. We were so glad to get back to it, it was our favorite hotel of the trip.

The hotel location is fantastic!! It has a view to the Panamerica Bridge and it is at the beginning of the Conway which has great water views, bike riding, rollerblading, trips to the islands via boat, museums, and restaurants.

Once we arrived the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel has been recently renovated. We got an upgrade to a room seen the Canal of Panama. We could see ships in and out the Canal. The breakfast was really good, variety of fruits, cereals, breads, cheeses, pancakes, eggs and hams were to be chosen. We will definitely be back.

The best thing about this hotel is the location at the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal, providing endless views of ships gliding by just a few hundred meters away. It is close to many restaurants and tour boat launches. It's in a relatively safe area and has its own security. Our rooms were clean and quiet.

We spent the last two nights of an eight-night stay in Panama at this facility because of its location to the Canal. The view was outstanding. I had a group of 10 with 6 rooms and one traveler said the pool was very good.

Your hotel is harder to find than most hotels in the city. We enjoyed our visit but need to work on the road and the internet in the room hardly worked the whole 6 days we were there. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Love most of the upgrades that are going on.

From the minute we checked in the female receptionist was so rude to us. She really shouldn't be working with the public she would be better cleaning rooms away from the people. Breakfast was wonderful and the pool was nice. Our room was just ok, outdated, we had to go to the desk and have our key redone at least 5 times. They also assigned another couple to our room and they insisted I was in their room. STRANGE! The TV in the bedroom didn't work, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the list goes on. This could be such a nice environment and hotel because of it's location but I don't know if I would ever stay here again.

I really like the hotel a lot. Good location the only thing I was a bit disappointed was the staff wasn't pleasant especially in the breakfast room and in the reception area. Some of the staff always appear to be upset except for the chef always had a smile. Overall wasn't bad,
