I love this hotel, the breakfast is great, the hotel room spacious and clean. Having a Casino and night club right in your hotel is s super plus. The staff is very friendly snd helpful. The maid service is excellent and the room service team is always on point.

The ac was broken and it was vwry hot in our room. We told the front desk several times finally day 2 they sent maintenence at 10pm at night A part was fixed but shortly after before we could go to sleep. It was extremely hot again Other than that the stay was nice

Place is in pretty good condition and seems to be fairly recently renovated, but the staff is HORRIBLE across the board. From check-in, restaurant staff, bartenders, etc. everyone was rude and did not want to help you. I waited about 2 minutes on the phone from the room to call the front desk until the phone automatically hung up with a message that no one is available to take my. All. I should have known not to stay here when it was difficult even trying to book a room directly with the hotel before I gave up and used Expedia. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
