Overall, I'll give this hotel five stars, because their service is really attentive. This hotel also gave me an upgrade because I have VIP access status as a platinum member. But it gave me a bad impression at first, because the bath-tub in the room was dirty when we checked in on the first day. Therr is also some construction going on next to the hotel, so in the day time is very noisy. But their butler 's awesome service , Samual/Ana/Salvador made me feel at home. I'll def come back again in the future and stay more days

The hotel and grounds were immaculate and the staff was incredible. I’m not typically a spa person but the spa experience was amazing and, although a bit expensive, it’s worth every penny and should not be missed. If I were to be very picky the only thing that could have been slightly better was the food. Some menu options were hit or miss but still very good, especially considering it was all inclusive

Beautiful clean great service. The time share pitches on arrival and departure are unbelievably annoying. Told us our driver wasn’t there for airport pickup— once it became apparent we weren’t buying the time share “oh your driver is now here”. He had been waiting at the front door for over 20 minutes.

The resort was amazing, the staff even better. Already planning my next trip.

All inclusive, excellent staff, amazing food, adults only...favorite place

The service was at premium level. The food was 1st class.

Extremely clean, staff was very friendly. Had a small customer service issue at one of the restaurants but it was more than addressed on my next visit. My only suggestion is that they make the pool music a little more upbeat. It was very sad music which kills everyones mood, which shouldn’t be if I am vacationing. Other than the music I have no complaints.
