Beautiful beach views, thoughtful design, helpful staff and a relaxed vibe all make The Cape a wonderful place to stay!
Top notch facility and top notch service. We had an amazing stay here and it may be my favorite hotel
Food and service especially were wonderful
Love The Cape and will return for a third visit!
The grounds and service were impeccable.
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The service is excellent, the rooms are immaculate with gorgeous ocean views and patios. The architecture is also gorgeous. The downfalls are the rooftop club which has loud music playing until 10 or 11pm each night - and if you end up in a room on that end of the hotel, the bass can be heard loudly in your room. Also I was shocked to find out that smoking is allowed on all balconies - the guests under us smoked and it ruined our time spent on the patio and we couldn’t even leave the doors open. To the hotels credit they offered us to move rooms, but that is very inconvenient once you have unpacked. Please no smoking on balconies! That’s very surprising to me in this day and age. Otherwise a great hotel.
Five Star experience, hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
Very elegant and overall beautiful property to stay at. Everyone who works there
The property was breath taking and the staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire resort
We loved this property and will definitely be back!
One of the best hotels I have stay at, period. Wonderful staff, beautiful architecture, perfect location. I definitely recommend to anyone!
Very clean, excellent service, good food & drinks. Not too crowded. Only recommendation would be to have a coffee machine in the rooms.
This is our second stay at The Cape, and we will certainly be back again. We love the resort and everything it has to offer. The staff are simply the best and cater to your needs. The views are unreal, and the food is incredible!
No complaints. Excellent service! Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Beaufitul property with amazing views. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive and friendly. One of my top destinations ever!
My boyfriend and I chose this hotel because we wanted a stress-free, relaxing vacation that could take us as far away from NYC as possible, especially mentally. The Cape really came through. Incredible. Because we went during the off-season, it was quieter than what I heard from other reviewers, especially Sunday-Wednesday (we went from Friday-Friday). There were multiple weddings both weekends so there were significantly more people (including kids, which was...surprising) on the weekends. We definitely enjoyed Sunday-Wednesday the most. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, nice, and helpful. Lenny, Jose, Hugo, and Bul at the pool were all wonderful. We ate at Manta one night and the entire staff was fabulous (and the meal of course was exceptional). The view - wow. We really enjoyed spending time on our balcony, watching the sunrise and sunset or just enjoying the breeze and the scenery throughout the day. But the view was also amazing from pretty much everywhere else on the property. I guess the only thing that would make the experience 6-stars instead of 5 would be to be able to have a little kitchenette in our hotel room, so we weren't obligated to eat at the hotel restaurants if we wanted some hot food. And to make it 7-stars would be to have a dedicated week+weekend with no kids, and no party animals. The calm weekdays were a sublime experience for us.
