We had a wonderful week after Christmas at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. The resort is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent, especially for an all inclusive. We loved our room- swim up suite. That was a great option for our family to have a more private pool in the afternoons. The room was not that large, but it worked for our family of three. Our favorite restaurants were Umo, Zen and Toro. Visited the spa for a few massages one day and that was a great experience as well. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome experience! Room housekeeping was great, bar service was excellent. Welcome mimosas at the Market was a nice way to start each day. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Appreciated the entertainment staff, although could use more female dancers. Pool seats were hard to come by, but staff was very helpful. All of our dining experiences were wonderful, except the first night we ate at the main area Mexican restaurant and the service was a little slow. Italian and Japanese were our favorite. Staff were all very friend and attentive. We booked 2 tours through the hotel, and they were smooth sailing from transportation to tour guides. All excellent! Spa service was very nice with the perk of complementary hydrotherapy. Massage was just ok as the pressure was a little light. Will definitely recommend and plan to return! Gracias

MOLD in Bathtub, shower & outdoor tub! This was a suite. Filthy. Floors wet with hairy floors. Yuk! Flies over all Buffett food areas. Will hold you hostage for pay if you don’t have your bracelet for the room entry. No drinks offered upon arrival. Once you check in they stick workers on you to try to get you to do a house tour for free stuff, once they see you can’t be hussled, those guys are angry at you. No hospitality. No greeting you or smiling at you. The women workers here have terrible attitudes! The kids club is a joke! Location sucks! Good luck.

Great All Inclusive resort, nice rooms, great amenities, great location, very friendly staff. What’s disappointing is the food, very few choices and the choices available not up to the mark. The hotel has an Indian head chef but Indian food was the worst of all. The other part that feels like a rip off is the activities, extra charges for every activity on top of what we pay at the resort. Especially the ATV/UTV, Camel ride, sky biking package activity is a scam, for a group of 7 we paid $1225 to reserve at the resort but at the location they collected another $375 for some fees, insurance etc…on top of it photo package was next level scam, the guy said they will charge $250 but ended-up charging $280 citing “some” fees. If you can avoid this ATV/UTV activity recommend by the resort, try something outside.
