Construction — the community is still growing, so there may be occasional daytime construction noise nearby.



Ownership — this home is currently listed for sale, and your stay is protected either way. We will not enter or show the home during your reservation without your permission, and in the unlikely event of a sale before your dates, we move you to an equivalent Rancho San Lucas home of the same value at no cost to you.
