Spent 9 days in March with family. Had a great time. Participated in lots of activities. Aqua Aerobics were great with Urías and Vanessa. They were the best entertainment staff. Very friendly, cordial, attentive with guest and would help you with anything you needed. The bartenders at the family pool were top notch. View from the infinity pool to the beach was excellent. It was very relaxing. We even saw whales a couple days from the pool.

This place was extremely disappointing. The adult pool was turning green and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the sewer pump was broken, so the entire pool area smelled like sewage. The sink and shower water in our room also had a sewage smell. We arrived at 4:30 PM to check in, even though check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM, and were told our room was not ready. Staff suggested we eat while we waited, but the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM and refused to seat us, leaving us stuck with no room and no food. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels, the safe did not work, and although there was an ironing board, there was no iron. One day our room was not cleaned at all, and we had to call just to get towels. The property itself looks dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are very old-looking, and the walls are so thin that we were woken up daily by noise from neighboring rooms. While the price is cheap, I would much rather pay more for a cleaner, better-maintained place. I wouldn't even consider this a resort -- it feels more like a run-down hotel. I would not recommend staying here. Brissa and Gabriel were VERY helpful and friendly! If you go here, go see them.

I highly recommend this wonderful resort! From the get-go we were greeted by the Expedia team, particularly Bissa who ensured or stay there was everything we expected and more. The room was very clean, which is of course important to us. We also felt very safe on the resort and the food offered at the various restaurants was absolutely outstanding! Again, thank you to Bissa for making our stay the best ever.

I had a bit of a rough start during my first night here—my room was quite close to the highway, and the traffic noise made it hard to get any real rest. However, the way the hotel handled it completely turned my vacation around. A huge shoutout to Gabriel and Roberto at the Concierge! They were incredibly understanding and teamed up to arrange a complimentary upgrade for me to the Altitude Tower. What really impressed me was the personal touch: Gabriel was so concerned that I might still be unhappy that he personally walked me to the new room to make sure it was exactly the quiet sanctuary I needed. I also want to thank Brisa for her warm and professional attitude throughout my stay. Moving to the Altitude Tower made all the difference—the peace, quiet, and views are exactly what I came to Cabo for. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much about their guests' comfort. If you have any issues, just talk to these guys; they are the best!

The upgraded swim up room option is the way to go with this resort. The upgrade allows for a totally different experience. The adult only restaurant is worth it for every single meal. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Everyone is genuinely kind.

First let me say the first day was pretty amazing, from check in to the staff. The next day I had several issues. One our bathroom sink faucet handle broke. Trying to get it fixed was like pulling teeth. I believe the simple solution would have been to move us but the manager on duty at front desk declined. Sink was broke for six hours. Three people looked at it and never returned. I called front desk several time and never could speak with a manager, because I was told the line was long. I finally went to counter and was told to be patient and give two more hours. Second problem at dinner I wanted two pieces of fish. The waiter made me wait for a hour in between servings. I questioned him he stated “ It’s a different plate” then he walked off. Mind you this is all inclusive. Not happy about that. Food portions could be larger, but presentation is good. I brought both problems to Brissa’s (concierge)attention and situation was rectified. We were upgraded. Me and my husband felt respected and happy. There were some pretty amazing staff here are a few. Brissa, Gabriel, Cora, Ismael, Caesar,Sergio, Carlos, Urael. Thank you for a great stay and we would return.

I really liked this resort. Most of the restaurants were great, very clean, good activities by the pool. Loved the beach and swimming in the ocean. Not super busy. Would definitely go back
