property is quiet and peaceful not a lot of guests they have a kids pool and an all adults only pool it is not inclusive and overpriced
The “ocean view” room we booked was sandwiched between 2 buildings and absolutely no view of the ocean. Also picked up multiple pieces of glass with my feet while in the pool. The suite we booked had a patio and jacuzzi that was full of iguana feces and foot long dead grass. We were told we were getting a discount for that room when we checked in, then when we checked out they tried charging us the full amount. Since the employee and manager on duty weren’t there when we checked out, we were told the bill would stay “pending” until they were talked to. They ended up charging us the full amount after we left ON THE SAME DAY. This is 5 star? To make things worse this was for 40th birthday celebration. Terribly disappointing experience.
Peaceful restful ambience
We loved the zen vibe that it has. The adult pool was perfection and the service was wonderful!
