Great location right on the beach (we had an ocean front junior suite - highly recommend!), and a semi-swimmable beach (was still pretty rough when we were there). Overall, service at the hotel was awesome. That said, the Cafe (a Starbucks partner) needs some SERIOUS attention. First off, they didn't open til 7am. Without coffee makers in the rooms, 7am to get your morning coffee is JUST TOO LATE. Every single day (of 4) that we were there, they were out of at least 1/3 of the options displayed in the pastry case. 3 of the 4 days they had NO 2% or whole milk - only skim, almond milk or soy milk. I'm sorry, WHAT?! You call yourself a Starbucks and you have no MILK?! And the staff wasn't keen enough to offer to mix half and half and skim milk together to even TRY to mimic real milk. They also had fresh fruit out for purchase the first day, but then were out the following 3 days. They ran out of bottled water at least once too, which should be a crime in Mexico! As for restaurants, we really liked the casual dining Madero, but unfortunately they were only open 9am (but not really...more like 9:45am) til 6pm. We ate at Vela one night and were really disappointed in the quality of the food (entrees specifically), however the service was A+. Would return, but would definitely hit up a grocery store to guarantee the availability of coffee & bottled water during our stay!

Amazing hotel! So much attention to detail. Beach is great, not dangerous to go in. The pools are big. The entire hotel is spotless. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING. They offer Gluten Free options which is really comforting. I will be back and totally recommend it!

The hotel was very clean and updated. Our room was close to the restaurants, pool, and other amenties. The pool is fabulous! Never crowded and the beach, although rough at times, but refreshing. Will stay again. Only thing was that the food and drinks were pricey.

My reserved room(Wife and I spent our honeymoon in that suite)was given away 😡. I reserved a junior suite two months out and found out during check in the room was given away. Management didn't even offer free Breakfast!

The Hilton is a beautiful place. The Staff are kind and very helpful. The Restaurants are great, the food is excellent.

Nothing much to complaint about as to the location, price, hotel staff, and amenities. I would recommend renting a car if you want to venture outside of the hotel a lot. The staff is very friendly and goes out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. It's nice to have two pools with swim up bars and the view that overlooks the beach is incredible.

The hotel was awesome and beautiful. Pool water was very warm. Patio room had great view and easy access. It was perfect. Beach is not easy for children to swim at. It does have rough surf. Staff at pool was great but bartenders at pool bar were slow and sometimes didn't notice you were sitting there. No cash allowed to pay for anything except in pesos. Food prices were on the high end and it's your only choice for dining unless you take a cab somewhere else which cab rides are expensive. I paid 30 one way from cabo san lucas back to hotel.

Just finished staying at the Hilton Low Cable for 7 nights with my family (2 kids, a 2 year old and a 5 year old) and we all had a blast. As many have noted the good is very pricey (12 dollar chips n salsa and guac). That being said we found the good to be fantastic. One other dinner option (like having Madera open every night not just on Pizza nights would be nice) The surf was especially rough while we were there so that meant beach swimming for the kiddos but it is a gorgeous beach. The last thing I will say is the staff here were amazing, you can't make ppl like there job and I saw so many that were so happy to serve the guests here!

Beautiful property, very well kept with great amenities on site, but be prepared to pay for them. Travel to/from major cities will cost ~$35 each way but we found that the resort had everything we needed for a 5-day stay and only traveled off-site once. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or just a quiet oasis.

We loved every second of our trip to the Hilton Los Cabos. We met 2 other families there, and we had 5 kids ages 2-5 in our group. It was perfect for all of us.

We often stay at the Hilton on the night before flying home from Los Cabos since we have a home on the east cape. Overall, we fully enjoy the experience. This year they were still completing repairs from last September's Hurricane Odile. Interior construction of meeting rooms and the construction of the lone fine dining restaurant were yet to be completed forcing us to go in to San Jose Del Cabo for an upscale dinner. We hope that this hurricane season won't bring a storm that is, again, a major destructive force requiring another rebuilding process.

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing, great service. Kind of in between Cabo and San Jose, so if your looking for nightlife this probably isn't for you, but if you're looking to relax this is a beautiful hotel and a good value for a luxury hotel.

Amazing hotel! So much attention to detail. Beach is great, not dangerous to go in. The pools are big. The entire hotel is spotless. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING. They offer Gluten Free options which is really comforting. I will be back and totally recommend it!
