Beautiful property. Witnessed A wedding ceremony every day! They wedding party takes priority over the pool area, FYI. Music from weddings every night. Toilet flushing noise all day. No coffee pot in room, no internet unless you pay extra $12 dollars /day. Food is very expensive. Regular coffee was $8.00, chips & guac $24. Mini fridge requires you put ice daily to keep things cool. We paid $500/night for a week. I think you get more at lowered priced hotels nearby that offer great service, nice accomodations and beach access.

Great place, with the best bars, and super friendly staff. The only issue is the transportation, Uber is not allowed and the taxis are expensive.

We really enjoy this waterfront property each time we’re in Cabo, and this particular visit boasted awesome whale watching from our balcony! It’s nice atmosphere, great spa and the staff’s hospitality is impeccable. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings and the food was great as usual. Special thanks to Geraldo (waiter at Lena), Fabiola (hostess at Lena), Larissa (concierge) Mario (housekeeping), Jose (waiter on the beach), Portal (room service) and Cinthia (at eForea spa) for making our trip even better…they stood out head and shoulders above the rest. :-)

I did not like that they wouldn’t take USA dollars and they added many fees and taxes also a $168 service charge that the staff couldn’t explain was for.

The view is AMAZING. The entire property is truly beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Liked being able to get into the small cove they created on the beach to make it swimmable, be mindful that the waves can still be pushy, but less than the area that’s not roped off. We go to beautiful beach resorts to go to the beach, so this one will always be at the top of my list. We loved the beach bar with the swings, but they close at 5pm and the swim up bar closes at 7. Maybe this is only because we were there Labor Day weekend and it’s their slower time.

Great location right on the beach (we had an ocean front junior suite - highly recommend!), and a semi-swimmable beach (was still pretty rough when we were there). Overall, service at the hotel was awesome. That said, the Cafe (a Starbucks partner) needs some SERIOUS attention. First off, they didn't open til 7am. Without coffee makers in the rooms, 7am to get your morning coffee is JUST TOO LATE. Every single day (of 4) that we were there, they were out of at least 1/3 of the options displayed in the pastry case. 3 of the 4 days they had NO 2% or whole milk - only skim, almond milk or soy milk. I'm sorry, WHAT?! You call yourself a Starbucks and you have no MILK?! And the staff wasn't keen enough to offer to mix half and half and skim milk together to even TRY to mimic real milk. They also had fresh fruit out for purchase the first day, but then were out the following 3 days. They ran out of bottled water at least once too, which should be a crime in Mexico! As for restaurants, we really liked the casual dining Madero, but unfortunately they were only open 9am (but not really...more like 9:45am) til 6pm. We ate at Vela one night and were really disappointed in the quality of the food (entrees specifically), however the service was A+. Would return, but would definitely hit up a grocery store to guarantee the availability of coffee & bottled water during our stay!

Amazing hotel! So much attention to detail. Beach is great, not dangerous to go in. The pools are big. The entire hotel is spotless. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING. They offer Gluten Free options which is really comforting. I will be back and totally recommend it!
