Overall for the price we paid it has good value, it doesn’t has a beach access, the view still amazing, at the restaurants just taking a little too long for the food but it’s holidays week so I understand, we left Friday and I see the weekenders are coming it got real busy when we were leaving.

Love the property, restaurants, pools and staff. Our room was a disappointment. Toilet paper roll was off wall, towel rack fell off wall, sliding doors didn’t lock, furniture was old, and floors were dirty.

We enjoyed the food, the cleanliness of the property, the staff members are amazing and the landscaping. We will return Hacienda Encantada

This Place is AMAZING !! The property itself is Beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was the most nicest and respectful no matter their position they spoke and said Good morning each day. The drinks included in the all inclusive isn’t top shelf so you have to pay extra for top shelf liquor like don julio blanco...also there is additional charge for certain food categories like lobster. My only issue was that during checkout, front desk apparently did not see my reservation already paid in full prior to arrival and attempted to charge my card again for the stay. Thank God Amex declined it as a duplicate transaction, but I had to argue with front desk while they were convinced I never was charged and even once I showed my credit card statement from 2 months prior with that charge, they still tried to say that was a “pending” charge and only a “reservation” not an actual charge...After about 20 minutes of back n forth they finally spoke with there reservations desk whom finally approved the stay already paid and I was able to leave

The resort is beautiful. The bell boys were amazing. Alberto was our favorite. The suite was very spacious and clean. However the pool on our balcony didn't work properly. Thankfully the tub was big enough for the both of us and had jets. Lastly the room service kept hanging up on us for 45 minutes. Which was very upseting.

Overall I thought the property was excellent. the grounds were beautiful, the room was clean and spacious. we were disappointed with the level of service which was provided to us by a number of the staff. Apparently there are different levels of guests. we did the all inclusive because I wanted to be treated well without being presented with a bill for every little thing we ate, drank or did. the challenge is this. they do give you a bill to sign for every little thing with a tip section, no matter of it is just a bottle of water. the quality of booze at the all inclusive level is very basic. if you wanted to upgrade to a shot of Jack Daniels, it was 11 us dollars. Tito's vodka in your drink, an extra 14 dollars. started to feel like I did not get the best quality. They have a little golf cart shuttle service which was questionable at best since often times they never showed up. Hate to be a whiner about this type of stuff, but they need to step up their game.

Our favorite vacation destination we have ever visited

The staff including the carts staff are sooo rude and racist!!! If you are hispanic you get a horrible service from staff. If you have mexican pesos which is also money you pretty much get a horrible service. We were 3 adults in our stay, and give $120 pesos of tip, waiters and waitresses would see that as garbage. White people in a group of 4 adults or 5 adults would leave them $2 dollars and they would be thrilled with that!!! $120 Mexican pesos is a lot more then $2 american dollars. The property is really nice, the housekeeping room service is horrible the rooms dont get cleaned good and if you need something like toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, water bottles (we had the all inclusive plan) housekeeping took hours to take it. Sadly could not recommend them, and would never go back. Sad to know that Cabos San Lucas being in Mexico, hispanic people gets treated this way in this ´´resort´´

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Lot of walking to restaurants and pools, but the food was amazing! Staff was eager to please!

The property was in a nice location, about a 20 min drive to downtown. Rooms were clean, and walking distance from to restaurants inside the resort. Service was not up to par, it was a hit or miss with many of the employees. If getting the all inclusive make sure to double check what’s part of it, not all inclusive.

We have been three years now. The service at the pool by Miguel, Axel and Ricco is always awesome. Breakfast service is best when we have Edgar! We enjoy the tennis courts and our favorite food happens to be the Governor tacos at the ocean side pool
