The resort was beautiful. Staff were always very lovely, food was delicious, and we found that we did not want to leave the resort as it was already perfect for whale watching, sunrises, and sunsets at the Arch. The only comment we have was the state of our room. We think rooms need a bit of an upgrade, especially ventilation in the bathrooms and maybe a bug net for the backyard door. Nonetheless the bed and room were very comfortable and spacious. We also wished for a bit more direction and instruction about what we could/could not access, and at some busy hours we would have to ring several times to reach concierge for a golf cart to transport us. Often we had to make reservations for dinner at restaurants yet they were nearly empty most times we went. Overall would highly recommend this beautiful resort!

The staff was lacking good customer service in certain area like the Fresco Juice bar . Guy said it was closed when it was open 7:15am and was very rude about it like he didn't want to serve us . Felt like he was racism against asian staying at the hotel !

Everything was wonderful!! Second time staying here and plan on more! The staff were amazing, super personable and friendly. The food was delicious with many options. Room was clean with beautiful patio views and comfy beds! Can’t wait to go back!

The staff were all very nice and welcoming. There were lots of food options (quality was good not excellent but very convenient). Our favourite restaurant's were El Eden taco and tequila bar and La Trajinera. Multiple pool options although the seats at the pool closest to the ocean fills up fast.

The pool on our balcony leaked water all over the place then the pool abound us did the same thing the day after..water running out over the balconies. Our room key was cancelled the day BEFORE we checked out and had to walk back to the lobby to get that fixed. Twice. Bathrooms are really old. But still had a nice time.

Such a shame the Service/Staff were so awful because this is the most Beautiful Resort I have stayed in at Cabo. Day 1 up to 45 min wait for drinks poolside G Building. Omar & Jaime do not wait on you, we spent our first day looking for them all day. El Patio pool service was our best day of five. Housekeeping was minimal, kitchen trash not emptied for days, fridge never restocked, no coffee, requested pillows on two occasions, never received. Friends Wedding Rings were stolen from their room, manager said, the cameras in hall were not working, no concern! Dinner at Mestizo from start to finish took 3.5 hours, again service slow, staff was uninterested, food was outstanding. On our last day we had charges on our CC from the store. We were told at Check In we had 100. store credit, but nope just another scam. We arrived and signed up to go to the timeshare sales tour, by day two we knew this was not a place for us, with the service lacking and the housekeeping minimal. We canceled the time share tour, I was asked why, I explained my concerns with the service or lack of, I was told it was because I was not an owner! Odd thing to say considering you are trying to sell me a timeshare to be an owner. Careful w All Inclusive Room Service upsell, minimal hours and less food. Golf Cart transportation is spot on. All in all horrible service, non caring staff, worse management. I would NOT recommend although such a Beautiful Resort. Read Good and Bad Reviews, wish I would have.

Resort was beautiful! Food was just ok. Staff was amazing! Cesar at adult pool bar was awesome. Eduardo at the other pool was awesome too. Cons- you have to sign everytime you order drinks or food! It is very annoying. Also general store was VERY EXPENSIVE. Sunscreen was almost$30!. Also the push to upgrade and time share presentation was very aggressive.

Clean room, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The on-site restaurants varied slightly, but every meal was enjoyable—never a disappointment. The resort was well-suited for both adults and families. My only complaint: I paid extra for a balcony pool upgrade but only had access to it for 1.5 out of 5 days due to weather restrictions. While I understand and appreciate the safety concerns, I would have liked prior notice and some form of compensation or compromise for the limited access to the amenity I paid for.
