This resort is lovely. There was lots of natural spaces as well as abundant pools, beach space and loungers. We enjoyed and many bars around the resort. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere and really appreciated that the guest activities and entertainment in the evenings was in a courtyard that contained the party noise to the non-sleeping areas. We did find it hard to locate good coffee, but eventually found it 2 days before departure. Transport to the resort at arrival in Cancun was stressful as the resort doesn't provide transfer and it was difficult to know which transport company to trust. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family and would book it again.

The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The resort did a decent job trying to maintain the beach and cleaning up the sargassum. I felt like the room were nice and very clean but do need some upgrades. For example the jacuzzi tub showed it’s age. Another minor upgrade that seems missing are not having enough outlets. I thought comparably to other resorts the restaurants could have been a little nicer with a few upgrades to the ambiance. Overall great stay.

Loved this resort, everyone is so friendly and it’s also great for kids. The only thing I can say is the juices are watered down, it doesn’t taste great. Food was okay but the restaurants were very nice. I would definitely recommend!!

The property was well maintained, however we still saw plenty of garbage floating around in pond areas and in bushes. The staff overall was great and accommodating, but the staff at buffet's were less attentive and sometimes did not greet us and we waited for awhile for baby seats. The reported animal issues were not as bad and seems to be contained and there were signs all over to not feed wild life. Food was very bland at every restaurant including a la carte's. Sometimes we could find salt and pepper and hot sauce, some days we couldn't find them. Overall the staff and facilities are improving and will need time to improve before they can compete with other resorts.

The staff was fantastic and the property was once beautiful but repairs have clearly been neglected for some time. The food quality was abysmal. My burger was raw and nothing was seasoned. Wifi is an extra charge if you dont want ads. The only thing pleasant here was the staff.

Pool we're very clean, staff was very friendly, the only thing that was bad was the sports bar wouldn't put the volume on for the nfl playoff game ,its a sports bar, but every thing else on our vacation was perfect
