Outstanding stay! Gorgeous setting, delicious food, and excellent service. Our butler went up and beyond. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This property is managed by people who should NOT be in the hospitality business. I have been to Mexico many times and I have never experienced such horrible service in any hotel. Food was disgusting except the pizza pool side. I can have pizza in LA too 🙄. Room service poor, they wouldn’t even change our towels. They kept folding and leaving the same towels for us to use. They wouldn’t restock water or coffee. We had to constantly call to get water, coffee and clean towels which took 3 hours to bring. They would enter our room randomly even after room service came “cleaned” and left. It was supposedly all inclusive however all the good stuff at the restaurants u have to pay for and it’s not cheep. The staff is rude and don’t like it when u order a lot of food. We are not wistful people with a group of 10 adults and 3 children we ordered everything to be shared and they still have up attitude. During the last night they didn’t allow us to order food at all. They said it’s going to be served family style (which is what we did on our own) but they didn’t let us choose the food this time. So they brought a bunch of stuff we normally wouldn’t order or eat. Just a very annoying experience while on vacation. I will never stay at any of their hotels. When I go to Mexico I want to experience yummy Mexican food like fish tacos pool side not pizza and club sandwich. This hotel chain is a wanna be American style but has failed at everything.

I loved this resort the room size and cleanliness was top notch!! The staff and everyone there were the best !! Only thing was distance to downtown Cabo but the resort was totally worth it.
