Wonderful property, great area, awesome staff.

The security and safety of the resort are priceless! Your family is safe to walk around the entire resort including the beach with complete safety. Everything is well kept up and clean. The entire stall is always friendly and accommodating at all times. Food is good, and lots to do for entertainment! Highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is hard-working and friendly. There was a good variety of restaurants, and we enjoyed most of the food. Unfortunately, my husband was told that the adjacent golf resort on the beach was private, and was only offered the desert resort which only has 12 holes due to renovations. A member of the property told us we should have been able to golf at the other club, so that was confusing. Also, we sat through a membership presentation- the first representative was very friendly and the concept was appealing but we weren’t sure this is our lifestyle. A “closer” came in and tried to hard-sell us, was super high pressure, and didn’t listen to any of our hesitations - it’s like we felt guilted that we didn’t hold this type of vacationing as a core value. The 90 minutes turned in to 3 hours and you could tell he wasn’t happy he didn’t score the deal. He basically showed us the door. Since that was our first day, it put a damper on our trip.

We booked 5 nights and all the nights were filled with excellent food choices,drinks and clean resort.

We got greeted by front desk staff at check-in very professional and courteously. We’re recommended by staff of a nice restaurant for a birthday dinner. We’re informed that we have to paid additional $30/per for premium food. When we got to the restaurant, the greetings were great until we sat down. We waited awhile to get service and food. Food wasn’t great to consider a nice steakhouse. Restaurant had no AC so we wanted to leave. The bill came out in an absurd amount. We couldn’t argue because no one speak English. We paid and left. My sister forgot her mask at the restaurant so we couldn’t get a ride back to our room. Front desk didn’t even have any extra masks. We saw so many people getting rides w/o masks. Their spa didn’t have any availability for the whole weekend 👎. We did get great service at the breakfast place by Alex. Food was mediocre and service was a hit and miss - not consistent.

The resort was clean and the staff were friendly. It was nice and relaxing. I will return!

I’ve stayed at multiple all inclusives before but never in Cabo. Overall I was pretty disappointed. Every time we wanted to get to the main resort we needed to take a golf cart, (annoying), the restaurants/food were subpar and the drinks watered down, wine is terrible. Staff was mostly nice but there was a few attitudes and we are good tippers. We needed to change our room bc of the loud golf carts that drove by constantly which was an inconvenience to the staff. Overall not impressed and would not return.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was wonderful and very engaging, enjoyed all of the restaurants and the food was amazing, especially the Cevicheria.

My husband tested at hotel and it was positive on the 3rd day of a 5 night vaca. So they tried to separate us but after I declined being away from him, they moved us to another area of the hotel and we weren’t allowed to leave our room. I do understand he didn’t need to. We signed a paper when we arrived that said we would not hold them accountable for an accident. It said NOTHING about CoVid! When I chose to book on Orbitz with this hotel I chose this site because we could get a discounted rate if we got sick while there. It was suppose to be $10.00 a day plus tax. The front desk people totally mislead us so we didn’t get the discounted rate. They would not even give us any cheaper rate even though we were moved to a different room and could not utilize the all inclusive. We could order from all restaurants but food was cold by the time it arrived. The staff was very nice and doing the best they could to make us comfortable but those two things really changed our feelings about the hotel. So I advise anyone who plans on leaving the US and purchases through Orbitz and Expedia to get that insurance or you will pay hundreds of dollars to be stuck in a room without being able to use any of the inclusive benefits.
