This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The staff is top notch! The food is very good for all inclusive. If you like golf the 2 courses near the property are amazing (I'm an 8 handicap and I've played some fantastic courses around the world and these are in my top 5!) The only drawback is the steep slopes for walking around the resort if you stay in the villas, otherwise the regular rooms are an easy walk to everything. In addition the entire area of Cabo is beautiful, clean and safe. It's the best Mexican destination in my opinion.

Room more outdated and smaller than expected. Elevators very slow and 2 of three in maintenance. It was very slow to get around. Staff was great and attentive except being stopped by vacation time share who presented us with false information when we registered at resort. We were promised $3 for messages and half price yours if we took 1.5 hour tour. The messages had a $7 each service charge and tours were not half price and your lasted 3 hours. Found large spider in bathroom upon arrival. Food was good most places but insects were often causing problems getting into our drinks and several honeybees trying to get to our food while eating. Beach pretty but not able to get into water.

Great place! I would recommend to friends and would likely return. The service was great and the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of choices for food and drink locations right on the property. My boys loved the free roaming iguanas and the food the best. I loved the views and all the pools.

This is a great hotel and would stay again. We had a few small issues but they always fixed the problems. I would say they need to work on their Disco at the property, music was music videos and they were not dance songs. They need to do theme night there like 70's,80's, 90's or something and draw people to it. We had a problem with our door key not working and they had no manual key to open it and had to break in through the connecting door so after 2 hours they got in and upgraded us to a suite for the inconvience.

This was our second time at the Grand Fiesta Americana. We were bringing friends that had never been to Cabo so I wanted to make sure they would enjoy themselves. Since we had such a great time before, I felt like this would be the best place to give them a good impression. As I expected they were very happy. The staff at the Grand Fiesta is always happy and willing to please. The drinks were plentiful and the food was good. The Asian Fusion food we had the last night of our stay was disappointing but it may have been due to the fact we were there late in the evening. Overall, I don't think that you can miss by booking at the Grand Fiesta.

Me gusto muchísimo, los trabajadores muy amables, las actividades muy divertidas, nos gusto muchísimo "noche de mariachis" y disfrutamos la variedad de restaurants, fue un excelente spring break de mi hijita.

Very nice resort!! Service was great, food was wonderful, resort and rooms were clean. Snorkeling was amazing!! Beach is beautiful, but rocky and I recommend taking water shoes especially if you have sensitive feet or want to snorkel. Not much opportunity for swimming.

The hotel is amazing. Multiple pools, bars and restaraunts. We stayed for two weeks. Room was clean. Beach while beautiful was not very kind for swimming most days but the few that were had hundreds of fish to see while snorkeling. Staff was always polite and helped with our Spanish, our excursion planning, and local food choices for our days out. We were there in mid December and the whales would jump just a hundred or so yards off the beach.

1st time in Cabo and Fiesta Americana stay makes me want to go back for more! All of the Staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Restaurants and room was great. Could not have asked for a better experience! They even worked hard upgrading our room to a king size bed and better view from 2 doubles - that was only available at the time of our booking. Highly recommend Fiesta Americana!

By far the most amazing vacation. Location, room, meticulous grounds and staff. We were very well taken care of for drinks and lunch at the pools and beach. Breakfast was buffet style and incredible. We saw 20 species of fish snorkeling right on the beach, as well as surfacing whales from our room. Plenty of social places on the property, along with private nooks here and there. The layout provides something for everyone.

The staff there goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy which is amazing. If facilities were immaculate and there was always someone maintaining the property everywhere you looked either cleaning or something else. There were many choices for food whether you wanted Italian or are you want to go to a steakhouse or even yes Mexican food.

Great views. Great food. Great service. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Lying in it's own a part of the beach without any "running by sellers" at the beach, no water scooters and other distractions it is a perfect place to "slow down" and relax. The All Inclusive option is at a high quality level and does not feel like "feeding the masses" then an individual service especially in the Italian Restaurant. No two day in advance reservation needed, just drop in.

Stayed at this hotel when it had 250 rooms and was not an all-inclusive; the service was fantastic. Now, with the hotel having grown to 500+ rooms and is all-inclusive, the service has declined. Upon check-in, we were told our room type was not available; we were offered an upsell to a grand club room. We declined and were placed in the room. We were told a room change would be arranged the next day. After waiting in the room for over an hour mid-day and hearing nothing, we went to the front desk. They appeared to not know what was going on, even though our new room was supposedly blocked. We reached the new room to find ants. Middle 3 days were ok, some instances of good service, some where requests had to be made repeatedly. The final night, I developed food poisoning. My wife went down to the gift shop to buy some 7up - she couldn't because they didn't take cash (dollars or pesos). Everything had to be charged to the room. The front desk neglected to get a credit card when we checked in. She also had asked for a late check-out due to my illness. Rather than grant a 1:30 check-out, they extended to 1:00. The 30 minutes may not seem like much, but when you're dealing with intestinal issues, it would have been appreciated. The Grand Fiesta's actions were not an example of great industry hospitality.

This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The staff is top notch! The food is very good for all inclusive. If you like golf the 2 courses near the property are amazing (I'm an 8 handicap and I've played some fantastic courses around the world and these are in my top 5!) Great place! I would recommend to friends and would likely return. The service was great and the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of choices for food and drink locations right on the property. My boys loved the free roaming iguanas and the food the best. I loved the views and all the pools.
