This resort is beautiful, good food, good drinks, great staff. Definitely caters to those looking for a chill, relaxed vibe. Access to the beach was also prime.Only cons, the resort could benefit from a more diverse/robust assortment of entertainment (more games at the pool, longer sessions of evening live music, etc). Overall, would highly recommend for those looking a chill, luxurious kind of vacation. 9/10

Staff were all very kind. The hotel and amenities were well taken care of. The rooms were okay. The food and drinks were decent (and on occasion good). It is a nice hotel, but it does not offer a lot of value for the cost. If the stay was $600/night rather than $800/night, it would merit 4 stars.

The resort was lovely. The rooms were nice but small bathroom. The food was only ok. Enjoyed the beach restaurant only after we figured out what to order. Not everything was good. Staff was very good. The beach was rocky and we heard not very walkable. The red flag was up the entire trip, so nobody in the water.

I would like to start with positive points. The location was excellent. Beautiful beach you can walk 2 miles on both sides of the resort . Facility was very clean and customer service and employees are wonderful.Also nice plus is no problem getting a chair around the pool . Room felt like 80s style., just ok and the restaurants food was OK too . Our favorite restaurants out of 7 was Mediterranean..Also, me and my husband got some food poisons so the kind of ruin a little bit our stay there. It could be just being in Mexico and nothing to do with the resort . The bottom line is when I search hotel options, I based my decision on customer reviews but I’m not sure if I have a different standard, but this is definitely not a five star resort. Overall was good definitely not excellent!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our room had a strange smell and they immediately resolved it, sending in housekeeping and maintenance to clean the AC unit. The front desk followed up several times to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome and our room. We were very happy for the remainder of the stay. The property is clean and quiet. We had a relaxing vacation at Paradisus!

Paradisus was a solid 4 star resort with 5 star service and staff. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and wanted to make sure everyone was having a great vacation. We upgraded to the Reserve which was worth it for the included airport transfer, top notch steak restaurant included, ocean view room and extra restaurant for breakfast/lunch. The separate pool and quieter section was a nice option too. The Japanese restaurant and Mediterranean restaurant were both excellent with amazing waiters and hostesses. The rooms were plain and a little dated but full of snacks, waters, beer and soda all day long. No dumb towel cards needed or restrictions on drinks. Few things that could be improved - buffet breakfast was not great, no elevators so be ready to climb 2-3 flights of stairs multiple times a day, and no hot tub. Pool area could use some paint/renovation and the rooms could use better sheets/blankets. We would go back for the ease of being next to a gorgeous beach with daily whale sightings, good food and drinks and the amazing staff.

The hotel was spa like and serene. The grounds are immaculate and very well maintained. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The food at the restaurants was very good. The Reserve restaurant stood as exceptional. Pool staff were available to serve drinks and food throughout the day. The personal concierge provided daily updates on activities, weather and remained available to assist with any needs during the stay. I would absolutely stay at the Paradisus when I return to Cabo. The location is on a quiet beach between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The hotel offered a half day trip to San Jose that is included with the stay at the resort which was a wonderful opportunity to explore that area. I had a wonderful week!
