This resort is the textbook definition of “luxurious living.” From the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out (which I truly did not want to!), everything was perfect. Zero complaints. My room was gorgeous; there was a bathtub with jets, from which you could see the ocean or enjoy some tv. Insect-free. Comfortable robes and bed. Housekeepers made the place absolutely immaculate. Every dining option was heavenly, and they offer many wonderful mocktails for those who are alcohol-free :). Last but not least, the cabana experience was to die for - I spent alllll day by the pool, looking at the ocean, walking on the soft sand beach. And my waiter was very attentive. The spa experience was also wonderful - spent 6 hours total! I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed their amenities to the fullest; outdoor pools and hot tub, steam room, and wonderful tea. Overall, I have never felt so relaxed and refreshed in my entire life. 100% would book again and have recommended to many family members and friends. I’d live here if I could!

Staff service could have been better. They seemed put out with some of the simplest questions. Amenities were average. Small resort so fairly basic setup. No hot tub, pools were ice cold (few ever got in), beach went unused (no loungers). On the plus side: excellent food - the best I’ve experienced with an all-inclusive.

Room was very clean and cleaned each day. Resort overall was very clean, food excellent, and very attentive and well trained staff. Only negative is the hallways are all tile and stone and noise is very loud with maintenance carts or in room dining service carts rumbling through at all hours.

This stay was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. The hospitality was incredible—everyone was so kind and truly went above and beyond. The rooms were spotless, room service was excellent, and the poolside staff was extremely attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Sergio was our pool guy and he was the best!!! He made our experience even more special. I would 100% recommend this resort. It was so relaxing and perfect for our first visit. Hotel is starting to show its age, but the view from every room is fantastic. Food is good, not great and although the staff are very friendly, the restaurant service ranges from excellent to abysmal. Easier to get chairs than may resorts, and again there are no bad views.

Wow! This place exceeded our expectations!!! Service was amazing, resort clean and food was excellent!! One of our favorite all inclusive stays in Mexico to date! We stayed during New Years Eve and they put on an amazing show with band, fireworks and wonderful meal! Just a perfect stay!!!! We would happily return in a minute!!!

Beautiful resort. Staff is excellent and kind. Pools are not heated and there are plenty of chaise lounge chairs for everyone. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the water pressure is strong and you can hear neighboring toilets flushing and baths being drawn. Food is mediocre at best, unfortunately. Breakfast buffet was the best daily meal. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Location is in between Los Cabos San Lucas and San Jose de Los Cabos. Entertainment team is amazing - Monty & Jared (woot woot). I would love to come back to this gorgeous resort in the not too distant future.

The resort was nice,beautiful & clean and everyone was very friendly Food was okay but needs another dining option. I would get rid of the expensive upscale one and replace with a nice restaurant with regular steakhouse options. Italian restaurants view was fabulous but can’t say same about food.
