Went here for my honeymoon, absolutely stunning views. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious and the app they have you use is so convenient to book your meals! Infinity pools were gorgeous, very clean. Shoutout to “sexy jay” for keeping us entertained every day with the trivia and other games.

Pros: - Amazing food at the restaurants - Even better food if you order room service - Room service and restaurant staff were great - Infinity pools overlooking the ocean were unique and had great poolside service - Clean rooms and clean facilities overall - Good drinks. Beer served in cans. - Easy access to excursions Cons: - Air conditioning in the rooms are okay-ish. Recommend bringing a fan. - No real “good” air conditioning on the rest of the resort. Most have at least one spot you can use to cool off. - If it rains, it gets boring fast. Poolside bars close and the Sports Bar opens at 3 pm. The only place left to order drinks is room service. - No swim-up bar. There is a 3rd pool that no one uses that is just kind of in the way. This pool could have a swim up bar but just…doesn’t. - The stage for the entertainment is in front of this useless pool. The seating for the entertainment is in a thin semi circle around this area sandwiched between the other two pools on a downward slope. There are seats behind the entertainment if you like looking at butts I guess. - There is a weird conference room where they can also do shows but no one could dim the lights. - No one gave us a tour of the resort when we arrived. There were some features in the room that a brief tour would have helped with. - The lobby is outside and kind of unsheltered from the elements. When it rained they were shuffling people into the employee area to get them checked in.

Our stay at the Marquis Los Cabos was amazing! The restaurants on site are delicious, in room service menu has a good variety. The true shining star of this resort aside from the view and the overall design is the staff. They are all extremely kind, polite and go above and beyond. To name a few of our favourites: Bryan, Regilo, Alessandra, Fidel, Martin, Marco, Eduardo. The resort property is absolutely STUNNING. The light, natural, and clean design really boasts the views that this hotel has to offer. We stayed in one of the Casitas with a plunge pool and it did not disappoint. The only downfall was when we got hit with a tropical storm we did have some issues with leaking in the bathroom. But everything was dealt with and fixed up within 12hrs. We didn’t grind the leak until 12am so we asked that they do a quick fix and return in the morning. Which they kindly obliged. The convenience of this location only about 25 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to San Jose ( definitely a must see), and about 45ish minutes to Cabo. We will definitely returning to this resort in the future!

The views were outstanding. The only service i did not like was the one at the reception other then that everything was amazing. They need to do some restoration and painting on some parts of the hotel. The food was amazing and drinks.

My experience at this facility was very disappointing. The front desk staff were not polite or accommodating at all — it felt like the level of service depended on whether or not you were giving tips. Several areas of the property looked poorly maintained, with damage simply painted over instead of properly fixed. The pool had visible trash in it, and when requesting assistance, the staff’s attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, the customer service and upkeep of the facility were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here

Un hotel muy bonito, el staff super amable (en especial la chica de recepción del restaurante ballenas y las mucamas), la comida rica y los cuartos bonitos. El unico detalle fue que no funcionaban los elevadores y eso si fue inconveniente porque eran muchas escaleras y algunos de los salvaguardas no tan amables. Un día entero cerraron las albercas por prevención (tuvimos tormenta eléctrica en la madrugada como a las 5 am pero no volvió a llover en el día y aun así las mantuvieron cerradas). En general buen hotel pero por el precio creo que puede haber mejores opciones.

Beautiful property and outstanding service! The room was gorgeous as were the pools. The restaurants were great, especially Sakke! Highly recommend Marquis!

Beautiful property and beyond excellent service! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The restaurants were very good, especially Sakke. Pools were sparkling and always seats available.

Marquis is a beautiful property with stunning outdoor ambiance. The food was good overall, though not outstanding. The clear highlight was the Teppanyaki restaurant—definitely one of the best meals we had and our chef was VERY FUN and ENTERTAINING. Skip the Italian pastas at the Italian place and go for the salmon or steak instead. The drinks were very weak and watered down, which was disappointing, but the service throughout the resort was excellent. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The pool area was lovely and we never had trouble finding chairs, unless you were particular about location. The price was great for a quick getaway with girlfriends, and I would stay again despite a few shortcomings. We also booked spa treatments at check-in—a mini facial and a 60-minute massage—and both were wonderful. Highly recommend the spa experience! We enjoyed the entertainment each night, DJ, live music and dancing but if you want BIG nightlife, go downtown.

Yes fresh food fir the most part, friendly knowledgable staff, no alcohol in the suite, i did not like that part, you had to ask and they would send a glass up to your room???, in which you dont know what they'serving you, what brand etc.
