A really wonderful place, architecture was fantastic and the staff were great. The only thing we did not like was the “concierge” service which is actually just sales people trying to sell you a timeshare of which we had zero interest, we had to repeatedly tell them we were not interested but this seems typical for this part of the world. The resort is absolutely worth this one hassle and we definitely recommend it to anyone

The hotel is OK, The views are very nice - typical of this area of Mexico. However it needs attention to cleaning and the adjoining room was loud through what appeared to be a single thin door between the rooms. The layout of the hotel is winding and hilly and thus can be tiring to walk around, as there is very little level ground. They do offer carts to transport you if requested. Also, we expected the "suite" to be a suite. We were given a studio, and they would not change it to what we had paid for. So, be careful of that switch possibility. We stayed there as other family members were staying nearby, otherwise I would not want to stay so far out of town. Shuttles and taxis into town were $38 usd each way. Overall it is an OK place.

The Chef at the on-site Inizio Restaurant was outstanding ! He prepared the fresh fish, that we caught that day, in a variety of awesome styles, and he presented the meal beautifully and with artistry. The meal, and the service, far exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff is so friendly and they will become your friends before you leave from your stay. We went here for my boyfriends 26th birthday and when we came back to the room after boating all day they had decorated our room in balloons and wrote Happy Birthday across your bed for him. The food and drink service is awesome! The only thing I would say that is negative about our trip is that Orbitz mentioned when we booked our trip the hotel provided shuttle service to the airport as an amenities when they do not. It is $40-45 one way to Club Regina to/from the airport in a group van making other stops along the way. From what we heard renting a car is cheaper if you plan to go into town and out to eat. To get into downtown Cabo San Lucas where the stores, swimable beaches, marina, and famous restraunts are located is a $35.00 one way cab ride. Last it's not likely you will be able to swim on the beach at Club Regina or the Westin ( You share property amenities with the hotel because the property's touch) The rocks, current and the tide is very large, strong and fast. Every traveler and employee we met said it's very dangerous. We want to thank you all for our amazing stay you made it exceptional for us. We will be back we promise!

We stayed at the Regina Raintree for 8 nights. Our 2 bedroom suite was huge!! Resort staff is very accommodating. Only issue we had all week was there was an issue with the pump on the lower pool-rather than close the pool they kept it open- water quality was very poor, my sister had green algae on her suit from the edge of the pool. Overall we would definetly come back - especially after the Westin opens and more restaurant options are available and a fitness area is available.

Needs to put more do not enter sign for personal cars. Overall it was great.

It Was good. Confortable place but they need to clean the windows to appreciate the excelent view

in general excelent land and view scape. Little noisy but the balance is good. I will be back.

Hotel suite was spacious and clean. Really loved the in room hot tub as a way to relax from a sandy day at the beach. The constant sounds of the waves crashing makes it feel like a true destination getaway. Be sure to open a window to let the curtains waft in the wind.

Awesome venue, but a bit isolated. Food and drinks on site were pricey and transportation in Cabo is always pricey. Bring things to prepare in your kitchen when you begin your trip and you'll be set.

Que nos permitieran convivir con los de Estonia!. Lo que no me gusto es que estuvieran sus albercas en remodelación, pues viaje con 4 niños y ellos van a las alberca Saludos

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Club Regina Los Cabos. The unique build of the resort into the cliffside does create some beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. As you noted, the resort does offer a cart service to shuttle anyone around the resort due to the nature of the landscape. We are sorry to hear that the room did not meet your expectations. If you could provide some more information about the room you reserved and stayed in? We want to be sure that our communication about our room types is accurate. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we look forward to your return.
