Great Week!! I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Dreams. Like any stay there are hiccups but the way managers respond make the difference! Thank you Binny and Moses! Now, the Rockstars the staff you see every day, Oscar master mixologist! We tried to talk him into going home with us!! Manny, Octavio, Luis delver five star service that leaves you wanting for nothing!! Impossible to miss the outdoor activity staff Sophia and Jorge never a dull moment and plenty of laughs!!

The property itself as beautiful as other reviews have mentioned. The rest was disappointing. Service was extremely inconsistent and the food options were limited and of generally poor quality. We will not be returning.

Loved the property! The people! The Covid test was a nightmare! Mixed up the schedule the girl was rude! Was told the results would be back in 5 hours. That was not true. Did not get our results till we were leaving for airport. My name was spelled wrong and my travel companions passport number was wrong. Very stressful seeings how you can’t leave with out the results

Feom the beginning staff were very nice. Very clean and hospitable. Room serive was great. Entertainment was awesome. Food in the restaurant was good.

I enjoyed the swimming pools very much, and the bar along side the pool. restaurants were great and well attended and waited on.

Wonderful 6 days! Dreams opened on the 1st and we arrived on the 4th. The staff and their procedures to ensure safety was excellent. Plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the resort, each staff member stayed masked and gloved were appropriate. The restaurants were set up to ensure social distancing and the staff put safety first.

Plenty of loungers around the pool. Unable to use the beach d/t strong undertoe, but the pool was great!. Great gym with plenty of machines to use.

The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer view from both the room or the pool. The food was good and depends which restaurant you eat at. The French place is the best one hands down. Service at the pool was great, especially from Manuel, who was awesome and very attentive.

Elias and Nathalia were very kind and extremely helpful. The food at Portofino was delicious. I wish that I had more time to experience each restaurant. This resort is very family friendly.

Luxury and cleanliness. Lizette at the front desk took really good care of us, but there was another woman with her on Wednesday night July 24th, that was a bit mean. She wasn’t kind at all. Always looked upset, and each time we would ask a question, she looked as though she didnt want to be bothered

Overall Dreams ended up being better than we expected. We didn't come close to using all the amenities they had set up. We stuck with the pool and restaurants, ordering room service once for coffee in the afternoon. We actually stayed in the main pool area because we wanted a little more noise and music compared to the adult only pool. Glad we did that as it wasn't crowded and we had fun and enjoyed having more action going on. Drin

Was a nice resort. Great for kiddos, not so much for couples.

The food wasn't good and the Italian restaurant was over an hour wait and the food was horrible there. Our daughter loved the kid's club. They push the vacation club like a timeshare which I didn't like. The room was very nice.
