Liked the quiet and serene atmosphere. Facilities and service is top notch. Two reasonably good restaurants but menu on some days was limited.

Fantastic place! Location and design were wonderful. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great food. Fun happy hour. Critiques: More communication about food options and services available would be helpful. Not all restaurants were always open and it was unclear of what you could order as people ordered off menu often. The "sports bar" could use an updated pool table. main pools were not heated and it was unclear what other facilities could be used. These are such minor items. Overall, a fantastic, relaxing experience.

Beautiful property. Room service is nice but slow. Bed was very comfortable but no motion control. You will bounce around when your partner moves. Great view of the ocean. Pool was lovely and service there was excellent. I would definitely come back. A great value.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Del Mar! The entire staff--from check-in, to bartenders, to cleaning service--were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely be back soon!

Good food, very nice staff they provided great service and were always extremely polite. Hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean and nice. It is a great hotel for the price. We paid $270 after taxes and fees. Although be careful with the massage/spa credits if you pay for a room for a friend even a family member or the other way around they gave us a hard time about transferring the credit over from my wife’s sisters room to our room. It wasn’t a big deal the manager eventually took care of it. Again the staff was great.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Lush garden and scenery. The most amazing hospitality I have ever received At a hotel. Staff was extremely warm and friendly. We will definitely go back!

Amazing boutique hotel great food and terrific staff!!

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was really nice and very helpful at a time. It is right in the middle between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas so it is not as crowded as everywhere else that is why we enjoyed it. The beach is nice only problem you can not swim in te sea because the waves are too strong in that area. Restaurants in the hotel were nice, not too much options as it is the same pretty much everyday but the quality was great and they have some healthy options which was really great. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent value at a very professionally run luxury hotel! Food, drink, room and staff all exceeded high expectations. My sincere compliments to senior management/leadership, as everything and everyone were great. Would recommend this hotel to my best friends, without any reservations!

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late may. The hotel's grounds are spotless. The food is healthy but delicious (made to order- no greasy buffet). The service is perfect. The whole atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing.

Zoetry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos is a fantastic resort. The accommodations we great. Our oceanfront room was clean and had an amazing view of the tranquil beach and ocean waves. Unlimited room service and unlimited minibar was included in the all-inclusive package. Our only complaint (minor detail) was that the toilet stall/room was only separated from the open bathroom floor plan by a swinging glass door (think old cowboy saloon swinging door.) Otherwise the room and service and view as absolutely perfect. Fantastic pools and beach chairs. Great service poolside and at the beach chairs on the beach, especially considering its an all-inclusive resort. The waiters really attend to every request. Food was great. We were allowed to order any item off the menu. No buffets. All the food was sit-down restaurant quality. Landscaping was immaculate. Access to sister hotel, Dreams, was great and allowed us to have even more dining options that were included in the all-inclusive package. There were more late night entertainment options at Dreams such as a magic show, casino night, movie night, etc. One recommendation we had was to provide shuttle service between Zoetry and Dreams at night as the walk back is difficult at night given the lack of lighting on the beach. Otherwise, this was one of the best vacations we have ever taken and highly recommend Zoetry to anyone seeking an all-inclusive resort in Cabo. We will be back in the future.

I am not even sure how to begin.... The location is beautiful and the atmosphere very peaceful. Other than that,what a disapointment. There are only 2 restaurants with virtually the same menu. The food isn't how described. We ended up going into town ($35 each way) just to eat. The service is very bad. Phone didn't work in room. Wifi worked part of the time. So much wrong.....

The hotel was a little overhyped for me. The prior reviews were so glowing that I was underwhelmed by the physical layout and age of the hotel---there are no elevators and we had to wind up several staircases and then down several halls, none of which were all that well connected. The room was large, comfortable, and the view was great. However, the "private jacuzzi" was actually just a jacuzzi tub in the room. The beaches and pools were beautiful, and the staff very eager to please for the most part. The food and drink were plentiful, but again not as great as expected. The "free massage" as part of the all-inclusive package was merely a free 20 minute add-on to a massage you had to buy---a little misleading. The all-inclusive made the room an average value, as it was pretty expensive overall. Plus, although advertised as an adults hotel, there were enough ill-behaved, shouting kids at the pool area and meal areas to be a buzz kill when trying to relax in the so-called "silent area", located just feet from the kids pool. I liked the hotel, particularly the lower pool/beach area, but would select to try another hotel next time.

Service was incredible! Anything we needed anytime we wanted! Ocean front king suite was perfect for both of us. Food was excellent. Not one complaint!

Everything was fantastic but I think that the hotel doesn't worth the value. Too expensive for the things you get in return. I've been in better hotels and paid 400-500 usd per night.

I went with 4 friends to Zoetry and had a great time. It is more of a couples resort- quieter, more relaxing- but it worked for our group (1 couple and 3 single women) as well. The staff is very accomodating and catered to every request. My room was perfect and the view was to die for. We also had the concierge assist us in chartering a sailboat our of the marina- she worked very hard to get us a boat that served our needs and I had a great birthday!

The ocean view room was spacious and clean with a balcony and a nice view of the sea. There were also rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony but the price difference is significant. Room service happens at least 2 times a day. The hotel is relatively small but has a few dining and drink options (all inclusive), especially for dinner where you can eat at a nice restaurant but also on the beach. You can also order food in your room. Most of the options on the menu are healthy and high quality. There is a person daily on the hotel who can arrange outside activities (snorkeling, atv, buggies, etc) and we didn't have a problem getting events for the next day. The prices were the same as you find online. The drinks are high quality as well. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation, especially because the hotel is all inclusive and you don't have to worry about many things during your vacation. Most of the people we saw were couples, but there were also some families and single people who wanted to have a relaxing vacation.
