Villa Esperanza is a 6-bedroom luxury ocean-view villa in Palmilla Caleta, Los Cabos, designed for families and groups seeking privacy, comfort and elevated Blue Desert Cabo concierge service.

The villa accommodates up to 14 guests and features a private heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, independent pool and jacuzzi heaters, gourmet kitchen, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor terraces, garden spaces, sound system, washer and dryer, and convenient access to the Palmilla lifestyle.

Every stay includes a 6-passenger golf cart and Palmilla Dunes Club access for up to 6 people (additional persons above 6 pay 385 MXN per person, per visit). For 2026 bookings, the villa may also include daily breakfast preparation and beach gear, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.

Please note: Events, weddings, parties and pets are not allowed. Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 11:00 AM.
